ich ziehe aus meinem wunderschönen Zimmer in der Neuen str.aus.
Das Zimmer ist ca.15m" groß, sehr hell, mit schönem Holzparkett.
Es hat eingebaute Schränke (wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann), wodurch sich ein großer Stauraum auftut und das Zimmer nocheinmal größer wirkt.
Der Vermieter möchte gerne eine Renovierungspauschale von 200 Euro.
Ihr wohnt in der Innenstadt, habt also alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke, seid in 3 min Gehweite zu einer Fülle an gemütlichen Kneipen und Bars und auch der Neckar und die Neckarinsel sind in 2 min zu erreichen!
Die WG gefindet sich sozusagen in schönster zentraler Lage der Tübingen Altstadt :)
Wir sind eine 4er WG (gemischt aus Zahnmediziner, Mediziner und einer Biologie/Englischstudentin).
Wir wohnen sehr harmonisch zusammen, und durch unser Putzrad bleibt es sauber und gemütlich :)
