Hallo Zusammen,
da ich aus beruflichen Gründen ziehe ich leider und schweren Herzens aus Tübingen weg.
Ich hinterlasse eine schöne, ruhige und zentrale 2er WG mit einer sehr nette, saubere, ruhige und umgängliche Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und in sehr gutem neuen Zustand. Es gibt 2 Zimmer (davon 1 zu vermieten), Küche im Eingangsbereich und ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche & Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist ca. +/- 23 qm groß, hat 2 Fenster und eine Balkontür. Es ist sehr hell und die Lage ist ruhig und zentral. Da ich Hauptmieterin war, würde ich das auch so an die neue Mitbewohnerin weitergeben (da alles sehr kurzfristig ist gibt es verschiedene Optionen: a) 1 Monat Untermiete und danach Hauptmiete oder b)einfach nur 2 Monte Untermiete)
Ca. 1 Minute entfernt ist die erste Einkaufsmöglichkeit(REWE) oder die Haltestelle Mohlstraße. In ca. 5 min erreicht man die Uni Wilhelmstraße, Irish Pub oder Unckel.

ein paar Sätze über Euch, was ihr so macht, wie ihr so seid und wer Euch ggf bei der Mieter unterstützt.
