Eigentlicher Mietpreis 270, gehe aber auf 250 runter!!! :)
Das Zimmer hat 24 qm und befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Doppelzimmer. Es hat 3 große Fenster und ist sehr hell.
PREIS IST VERHANDELBAR!!!
Kann auch nur für einen Monat übernommen werden! :)

I am subletting my dorm room during a move to another apartment for the two month transition period. The room is nice and furnished, in the center ( historic district) with many shops and buses nearby. The kitchen and the bathroom are separate from the room and shared by the whole floor (3 other students).
Rent is all-inclusive, with no electricity or utility bills or anything to pay for. Please e-mail or call if you are interested in renting the room.
THE PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE! :)
Das Zimmer liegt mitten im Herzen der Altstadt. Man braucht nur ungef. 3 min zur Haltestelle Nonnenhaus und zum Marktplatz nicht einmal eine Minute. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Zur Uni und zur UB braucht man auch nur 5 min. Mehr muss ich dazu glaub ich nicht sagen :)
