Amazing room on the most popular student compound, Geissweg! We are six people sharing a flat: 4 girls and at the moment two boys. All of us are very open-minded and like to hang out together. Sadly enough one of our flat mates is moving out next week. However this gives you the chance to move in as soon as you want. In order to fulfil the compound requirements, we are looking for someone, who is not holding a German passport. Furthermore we are looking for a new male flatmate to keep it a bit more balanced. Ideally, you should be between 20 and 27.
The room is 12m² large. It is furnished, but if you prefer your own things, then, I am sure, we can figure out something.
In the flat we have a dishwasher, two bathrooms, a washing machine, internet and space to hang out.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to move in. We are looking forward to meet you :)
Perfekte Lage zwischen Innenstadt und Kliniken. Ca. 10 Minuten zum Kupferbau und in die Innenstadt zu Fuß, oder du lässt dich einfach den Hügel runter rollen, dann bist du in 5 min überall. Auch zur Morgenstelle geht's zu Fuß durchs Käßbachtal in ca. 15 min. Ansonsten haben wir eine perfekte Anbindung durch die Busse 5/13/18/19 und selbst nachts fährt der Nachtbus quasi bis vor die Haustür!
Wir haben eine sehr aufgeschlossenes und witziges WG-Leben. Wir essen und kochen oft zusammen oder schauen gemeinsam fern in unserer gemütlichen Wohnküche. WG-Partys gibt's auch viele und generell machen wir gern mal was zusammen. Hier ist echt immer was los. Der Geissweg an sich ist ein sehr geselliges, selbstverwaltetes Wohnheim in dem man echt viele nette Leute kennenlernen kann. Aber auch wenn du mal deine Ruhe willst, bietet dir dein Zimmer den perfekten Rückzugsraum um zu chillen oder auch um zu lernen.
