Das Zimmer ist mit 22qm großzügig geschnitten und durch seine 2 Fenster schön hell. An Einrichtung ist alles vorhanden: Bett (140x200cm), (ausziehbare) Couch, großer Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regale.. es ist also komplett einzugsfertig. Da ich vorhabe nach meinem Auslandsaufenthalt wieder in mein geliebtes Zimmer zurückzukehren sollten die Möbel größtenteils im Zimmer bleiben, natürlich räume ich meine Sachen aus damit du genügend Stauraum für deine hast.
In der Miete von 380€ ist komplett alles enthalten (also Internet, Telefon, Strom, Wasser, Müll).

The room measures 22qm and is very bright since it has 2 windows. It is completely furnished with a bed (140x200cm), sofa, big desk, carpet, several shelves etc. and therefore ready for you to move in. As I am planning to move back after my stay in France the furniture should stay in the room but obviously I will remove all my stuff to make room for yours.
The rent of 380€ per month includes all fees (wi-fi, phone, electricity, water and garbage).
Die Lage ist mit das Beste an unserer WG. Da sich die Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt befindet, kannst du praktisch alles zu Fuß erreichen. (5 Minuten zur neuen Aula oder zum Bahnhof). Bushaltestellen sind in gerade mal 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, der nächste Edeka, Alnatura oder Rewe auch. In der Umgebung gibt es viele nette Bars und Cafés, das Abendprogramm gestaltet sich also auch relativ entspannt. Obwohl ein paar Häuser weiter das "Collegium" liegt ist es in der Wohnung durch die dicken Wände schön ruhig, dh man kann problemlos einschlafen.

The location is one of the greatest assets of our flatshare. Since the flat is situated in the center of the oldtown you can reach almost everything by foot (5 minutes to "neue Aula" or the train station). Bus stops are reachable in 2 minutes, several supermarkets (Alnatura, Edeka, Rewe) are also only 2 to 5 minutes away). In the neigbourhood you can find many nice cafés and bars, which makes it easy to go out with friends. Although there is the "Collegium" at the corner it's very calm in the flat.
Wir sind eine kunterbunt gemischte, internationale WG und sprechen hauptsächlich englisch (und etwas deutsch) miteinander. Im Moment leben hier Nadja (aus Deutschland, studiert Lehramt), Alvise (aus Italien, PhD Student Archeologie), Saad (aus Pakistan, PhD Student Neuro Science) und ich, Miriam. Ich bin auch aus Deutschland und studiere International Business Administration weshalb ich auch ab September in Paris studieren werde. Da noch nicht feststeht ob ich ein oder zwei Semester wegbleibe wäre dein Auszugsdatum evtl noch variabel (bis evtl. Juli 2016).
Das Zusammenleben ist hier sehr locker, wir haben alle unsere eigenen Tagesabläufe, kommen aber immer wieder gerne zusammen und kochen zusammen etc. Du solltest ein halbwegs normales Verständnis von Sauberkeit und Ordnung haben und mit anderen Menschen klar kommen. Meine Mitbewohner sind alle super unkompliziert und hilfsbereit und nehmen im Prinzip immer jeden herzlich auf.

We are a international WG and talk to each other in german AND english. Right now the WG consist of 4 people: Nadja (from Germany, studying to become a teacher), Alvise (from Italy, PhD Student Archeology), Saad (from Pakistan, PhD Student Neuro Science) and me, Miriam. I am also from Germany and studying Inernational Business Administration which is why I will spend one semester (or two, so your stay could also be longer than april 2016) at Paris, starting in september.
The atmosphere in our flatshare is very relaxed. We all have our own schedule during work time but enjoy to sit together in the evenings and cook together etc. To be the perfect candidate, you should have a normal relation to cleanness and be open and friendly. My flatmates are very uncomplicated and are ready to welcome every nice person in our group.
Da ich wie gesagt noch nicht genau weiß wie lange ich weg bin ist die Mietzeit nicht unbedingt genau auf die angegebene Zeitspanne beschränkt- einfach nachfragen (am liebsten per mail) ;-)
