Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt zur Zwischenmiete!

Die Lage ist der Hammer: Du bist direkt in der Altstadt in einem wundervollen alten Fachwerkhaus, wenn du rausgehst, hast du direkt alle Bars (Morgens schnell aufn Cappuccino im Collegium?) vor dir und bist praktisch in 5-10 Minuten an der Uni Wilhelmstraße. Ansonsten erreichst du alle Knotenpunkte der ÖPNV super schnell: Nonnenhaus, Wilhelmstr. oder Neckarbrücke sind die Haltestellen, die fast vor deiner Haustür liegen und von denen du praktisch überall gut hinkommst (Morgenstelle, Kliniken etc.).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug: Der Edeka und DM im Nonnenhaus sind das nächste, aber auch der Löwenladen oder die zahlreichen Bäcker hast du quasi griffbereit. Besser gehts nicht!
Wie du dem Foto entnehmen kannst, hast du einen Wahnsinns-Ausblick und unser herzallerliebster Altbau hat einfach nur Charme ;)

You can't find a better location than our apartment: You are right in the center, downtown Tübingen, which allows you to quickly grab a coffee in one of the many bars/cafes that are only a stone's throw away from your place. In 5-10 minutes you reach Uni Wilhelmstraße, but you are also near all the important bus stations that will take you to all the other places in Tübingen fairly quickly (Morgenstelle, the Clinics etc).
Grocery shopping is not a big deal: You can find grocery stores,drug stores and bakeries only 2 minutes from your apartment which makes life a lot easier ;)
As you can see in the picture, you will have an awesome view from your room and you won't be able to resist the charm!

Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Lucia, 21, Mewi/Kunstgeschichte, die eine der liebsten Personen ist, die ich kenne! Sie wird in den Semesterferien auch oft weg sein, aber wenn sie da ist, erwartet dich ein schönes Beisammensein. Da wir als gute Freundinnen zusammengezogen sind, hat sich unser WG Leben dementsprechend gestaltet, jedoch ist natürlich kein Zwang da.
Wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst, bekommst du sie auch, aber wenn du mal Lust hast, zusammen in der WG Küche zu sitzen und zu quatschen/kochen, auch kein Problem! :)

Your roomie will be lovely Lucia, 21, Media Studies and History of Art student, who is one of the nicest and coolest people I know! She will be away during the break, but when she's there, you will have a blast! Obviously we moved together as good friends, but you don't need to feel forced to share every minute of your life. If you need your space, you will get it, but if you are up for talking/cooking in our super nice kitchen you are welcome to do so! :)

Wir haben eine schöne Wohnküche, in der man gut kochen kann und einen großen Esstisch, wo Gäste immer willkommen sind.
Außerdem haben wir ein schönes neues Bad und das Klo ist getrennt.

We have a super nice eat-in kitchen, where you can cook and welcome guests at any time at our big dining table. Furthermore we have a pretty new bathroom where the toilet is separate.
