I am going to give my room away just for one semester from April till end of September. (It can be a bit flexible, too. ex)You can stay till mid October or a bit longer, too.)
My room has all the necessary furniture, a closet, also a sink (Waschbecken) in the room. There is a shared kitchen, toilet and shower in the dormitory. Also a room to watch TV.
You will have WiFi and the Internet cable in the room. Also a parking place is available for free.
Wasching machine is also available in keller.
The room costs 208 euro per month. The Internet and other stuff for the kitchen and so on costs about 4 euro per month which means it would cost total 25 euro per semester.
The dormitory is just next to uni buildings.
You can reach the bus station in two minutes. And a big supermarket also in two minutes.
Very comfortable and nice to reach any places in Tuebingen easily. But still very quiet at home.
It is a student dormitory. You will get to meet many nice people and won't feel ever lonely.

P.S. The number of flatmates is wrong as it is a student dormitory there are many more people!
