Internationale WG in Tübinger Innenstadt sucht neue/n Mitbewohner/in

Die Lage könnte zentraler nicht sein. Wenn man mal was trinken möchte oder keine Lust hat sich was zu Kochen, dann braucht man eigentlich nur die Haustür aufmachen und steht schon vor dem nächsten Bäcker oder Imbiss. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone der Tübinger Innenstadt. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es sogar in der selben Straße. Für den größeren Einkauf sind Edeka und REWE auch nur ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt.
Zur Uni sind es etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Und falls man mal doch weiter weg möchte, dann erreicht man die nächsten Bushaltestellen in unter 5 Minuten. Zum Bahnhof ist es auch nicht weit. Der lässt sich in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichen.

The location couldn't be more central. If you like to go for a drink or you don't feel like cooking a meal, then you can simply open the front door and you are already in front of a bakery or takeaway. The Flat is located in the pedestrian area of the Tübinger city center. You will also find a small supermarket in the same street. But for a bigger choice when you go grocery shopping, there is the Edeka and REWE Supermarket only 5 to 10 minutes away.
The Uni is just 10 to 15 minutes away by foot. And should you decide to travel even further, then you can reach the nearest bus stop in under 5 minutes. The main train station is also not far away. You can reach it in around about 15 to 20 Minutes by foot.

Unsere WG ist bunt gemischt. Besonders wenn du dein Englisch verbessern willst bist du hier genau richtig. Die WG "Besatzung" besteht aus einer Mazedonierin, einer Rumänin, einem Briten und einem Amerikaner. Aber keine Angst, auch ohne Englisch bist du nicht völlig aufgeschmissen. Die meisten bei uns spreche auch fließend Deutsch oder sind dabei es zu lernen.
Das WG leben läuft völlig zwanglos (abgesehen vom obligatorischem Putzplan). Es wird auch ab und zu mal zusammen weggegangen oder auch mal zu hause gefeiert.

Our WG is rather diverse. Especially if you like to improve your English skills then you are the right person for our flat. The WG crew consists of a Macedonian and a Romanian girl, and a British and an American guy. But don't be afraid, even without English you are not completely helpless. Most of us speak also fluent German and a bunch of other languages, especially Romance languages are no problem.
The life in our WG is rather casual (except for the compulsory cleaning schedule). But occasionally we go out together or we party at home.

Zu unserer Wohnung gehören zwei Duschen. Es sollte also bei 5 Leuten eigentlich selten zum Stau kommen. Die kosten fürs Internet und die GEZ-Gebühr wird unter uns aufgeteilt und liegt bei ca. 15€ pro monat.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Backofen, 4 Kochflächen, 2 Kühlschränken und einem Gefrierschrank. Eine Waschmaschine und verschiedene trocken Möglichkeiten sind auch ausreichend vorhanden.

To our Flat belong 2 Showers. With only 5 people, you shouldn't never experience any traffic jam in the bath room.
The cost for Internet and GEZ-Tax is split among ourselves and is approximately 15€ per month.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 cooking tops, 2 fridges and a freezer. A washing machine and enough space to air dry your close is also available.
