Da ich die Semesterferien auf Reisen verbringe, möchte ich mein wundervolles WG-Zimmer für ein paar Wochen zur Verfügung stellen, damit sich jemand anderes daran erfreuen kann. Das Zimmer ist ca 22qm groß und voll eingerichtet mit einem großen Bett, Esstisch, Sofa und Kleiderschrank. Trotz der nördlichen Ausrichtung ist es dank zweier großer Fenster sehr hell im Zimmer.

Hey everybody,
Since I am going to travel a bit, I would like to offer my room for someone else to enjoy during the semester break. It is approximately 22m^2 big and fully furnished with a big bed, a table, couch and wardrobe. Although it is faced north, the room is very light because of the two big windows.
Wer schnell an der Universität sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Mensa, Unibibliothek, neue Aula, Kupferbau und viele andere Uni-Gebäude liegen nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
In die Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß etwa 5-10 Minuten, ebenso zu den Supermärkten (Edeka und Rewe). Bushaltestellen sind auch etwa 3-5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Bäcker, Dönerladen, Pizzaladen und mehrere Restaurants und Pubs.
Im Zimmer ist es sehr ruhig, weder von den Nachbarn noch von der Straße hört man viel.

If you are looking for a room next to the University facilities you are perfect here. Just around the corner you can find the university canteen, library, and many lecture rooms.
After a walk of 5-10 minutes you can find yourself in the old part of the city. Supermarkets can also be found 5 minutes from the flat. For bus stops you'd have to walk 3-5 minutes.
In the area you can also find several restaurants, bars and pubs but nevertheless it is very quiet during day and night.
Zusammen mit dem Zimmer kommt die beste Mitbewohnerin der Welt!
Bad, Küche und Flur werden geteilt, wir versuchen (mal mehr, mal weniger erfolgreich) alles sauber und ordentlich zu halten und regelmäßig zu putzen.

You would have to share bathroom, kitchen and corridor, we normally try our best to keep everything as clean and tidy as possible.
Die 450€ Miete gelten für die kompletten 5 1/2 Wochen. Darin ist alles enthalten, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet...
