Das WG- Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses mit Blick nach Westen auf die Weststadt Tübingens. Im Dachgeschoss befinden sich drei weitere Zimmern, die über den Flur miteinander verbunden sind, außerdem die gemeinschaftlich genutzte offene Küche und einem Bad. Das Zimmer ist nur 10 qm groß, besitzt an der einen Wand aber eine Dachschräge, die durch eine Holzwand abgetrennt ist und dafür viel Stauraum liefert.
The room is on the attic story of the building with a view to the West. On the top floor are three more rooms, the collectively used open kitchen and bathroom. The rooms has only 10 sqm, it has a sloping roof on one wall, which is separated by a wooden wall and which offers plenty of storage space.
Die Wohnung befindet sich aus dem Schlossberg in 100 Metern Entfernung vom Schloss. Durch die zentrale Lage ist man sofort in der Altstadt Tübingens mit guter ÖPVN Anbindung. Die Wohnung liegt aber gleichzeitig in einem Wohngebiet und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen.
The apartment is on the “Schlossberg” mountain, 100 meters away from the castle. To walk downtown in the historic center of Tübingen takes about 6 minutes, there you have good access to the public transportation system. Even though it’s placed very central the house is in a housing area and therefore quite calm.
Bei der Wg handelt es sich um eine reine Zweck-Wg, das Zusammenleben gestaltet sich sehr ruhig, da alle Bewohner berufstätig sind und teilweise nur am Wochenende da sind.
In this shared flat everyone is keeping to themselves, the living situation is relatively quiet, because all flat-mates are working and in part only there at the weekends.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Juli frei, kann aber wegen der kurzfristigen Schaltung der Anzeige auch etwas später bezogen werden. Falls Du Interesse an einem Besichtigungstermin hast, dann schreib uns kurz eine Nachricht, wir werden uns dann schnellstmöglich zurück melden.
The room is available starting from the first of July, but because of the short time slot until then it is no problem to move in a bit later if you prefer. If you are interested in taking a look at the room, just write us a short message, we will write you back as soon as possible.
