Die Wohnung ist mit ca. 85 qm (2 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes Wohnzimmer, 1 große Küche, 1 Bad) großzügig und hell. Ich suche noch einen Mitbewohner/in auch gerne zur Zwischenmiete.
Das zu mietende Zimmer wäre ca. 17 qm groß und würde 375€ kosten.

Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt, also Uni und alles andere wichtige ist zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad sowieso erreichbar. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich auch der Löwenladen, aber auch Edeka und Rewe sind schnell erreichbar. Die Altstadt hat außerdem viele Kneipen, Bars und Cafés zu bieten.
