Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² groß und im 1. Stock eines sympathischen Altbaugebäude gelegen. Gerne würde ich das Zimmer teilweise möbliert überlassen. Dabei würde ich euch das Bett (180 x 200 cm, inklusive großer Schubladen mit viel Stauraum unter dem Bett), den Kleiderschrank und das Regal auf dem Bild überlassen. Der Preis hierfür wäre 300 €.
Darüber hinaus ist noch genügend Platz für weitere Möbel, die du nach eigenem Bedarf einrichten kannst.
Zusätzlich gibt es eine geräumige Küche mit großem Esstisch, der zum verweilen einlädt und Platz für Gäste bietet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive Herd, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Spülmaschine. Lästiger Abwasch entfällt somit :) Auch ist das Badezimmer recht geräumig und bietet eine eigene Waschmaschine. In den Kosten ist inklusive Internet, GEZ, Müll, usw. alles enthalten.

The room is approx. 18 m² and is located in the first floor of a pleasant old building. I would like to leave the room partly furnished. I would leave you the bed (180 x 200 cm, including large drawers with lots of storage space under the bed), the wardrobe and the shelf in the picture. The price for this would be 300 €.
Additionally there is a spacious kitchen with a large dining table, which invites you to stay and have guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Annoying washing up is therefore not necessary :) Also the bathroom is quite spacious and has its own washing machine. In the total rent also internet, trash and electricity is included.
Zentraler geht nicht! Von hier aus ist es nur einen Katzensprung zum Marktplatz und zum Schloss. Das Gebäude liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist der ideale Ort um Tübingen zu erkunden.
Die nächsten größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Nonnenhaus (Edeka, Post und Bürobedarf), ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und in ca. 10 Minuten der Rewe/Saturn in der Weststadt. Auch sind zu Fuß die wohl wichtigste Bushaltestelle in Tübingen - Neckarbrücke - in 5 Minuten, sowie der Bahnhof in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Universität ist von hier aus in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Für Fahrräder gibt es vor dem Haus genügend Möglichkeiten zum abschließen. Auch ist man sehr schnell im Grünen. Die Neckarinsel und der Botanische Garten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Solltest du ein Auto haben, ist es möglich in etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung einen Anwohnerparkplatz zu bekommen.

It can't be more central! From here it is only a stone's throw to the market place and the castle. The building is located in the middle of the old town and is the ideal place to explore Tübingen.
The nearest larger shopping facilities are in the Nonnenhaus (Edeka, post office and office supplies), approx. 5 minutes walk and in approx. 10 minutes the Rewe/Saturn in the West Town. Also the most important bus stop in Tübingen - Neckarbrücke - can be reached in 5 minutes walk. The train station is 10 minutes away.
The university can be reached from here in 10 minutes. For bicycles there are enough possibilities to lock up in front of the house. You can also get to the parks very quickly. The Neckarinsel and the Botanical Garden are only a few minutes away.
Ich (Marcus) ziehe aus, daher überlasse ich es meinen Mitbewohnerinnen selbst sich vorzustellen:
Hallo! Wir sind Maddy (23, Archäologiestudentin im Master aus den USA) und Alba (25, PhD Studentin in Archäologie). Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner, der uns in unserer WG ab 1. Februar einzieht und gerne mindestens ein Jahr in Tübingen bleiben möchte.
Wir mögen es, einen Kaffee oder Tee zu trinken, wenn es unsere Zeitpläne tagsüber zulassen, oder abends zusammen zu kochen/essen. Keiner von uns beiden steht auf wilde Partys, aber wir haben oft Freunde zum Essen oder ein paar Drinks zu Besuch. Ansonsten ist das Leben in unserer WG ziemlich entspannt und ruhig, besonders seit wir beide an unserer Diplomarbeit/Dissertation arbeiten. Wir unterhalten uns immer auf englisch und daher wäre es gut, wenn auch du dich einigermaßen auf englisch unterhalten könntest.

Hello! We are Maddy (23, Scientific Archaeology master's student from the US) and Alba (25, Cognitive Archaeology PhD student from Spain) and we are looking for a new roommate to join us in our WG right underneath the castle starting around February 1st and lasting for at least one year.
As flatmates, we enjoy having a coffee or tea when our schedules align during the day, or getting together in the evenings to cook/eat. Neither of us are very into wild parties, but we frequently have friends over for dinner or drinks. Otherwise, life in our WG is fairly relaxed and calm, especially since we have both started working on our thesis/dissertation :)
