Important! You have to be a student of the university in order to be able to live here. The room is for internationals only so you have to have a non German passport (additionally to the German one, if you have it).
Hi everybody,
we are offering a students dorm room starting in March.
It is fully equipped with furniture but you will have a smaller bed than seen in the pictures.
You will share the kitchen with 9 other students, so we are looking for someone tidy who does his jobs and cleans up after him-/herself ;)
You will share a bathroom and toilet with two others, we have plenty of bathrooms :).
There’s 10 people living on our floor and 28 in the whole house. We spend a lot of time together and would like it if you’d be up for group activities like cooking or playing games etc… Maybe just tell us a bit about how you like to spend your time and about yourself.

Wichtig! Du musst an der Uni Tübingen immatrikuliert sein und noch Wohnzeit bei Stuwe haben, um hier wohnen zu können!
Hallo ihr Lieben,
Es wird ein Zimmer in unserer WG zum 01.03.2022 frei.
Das Zimmer ist bereits mit allen notwendigen Möbeln ausgestattet, auf Nachfrage können aber auch einzelne eigenen Möbel mitgebracht und ausgetauscht werden. WLAN Buchsen sind auch automatisch mit dabei.
Das Bett ist eigentlich ein 1 Meter breites Bett vom Studentenwerk. Dieses werde ich auch wieder aufbauen, auf den Bilder seht ihr gerade noch mein 1,40m Bett. Falls ihr daran Interesse habt, kann ich aber meinen großen Lattenrost auch gerne da lassen.
Die Küche teilst du dir mit 9 Leuten, daher suchen wir eine Person, die ihre Putzdienste zuverlässig erledigt und uns hilft gegen das Chaos anzukämpfen. Das Bad teilst du dir vermutlich mit einer oder zwei anderen und die separate Toilette ebenfalls. Es gibt auf jeden Fall genügend Bäder und Toiletten, sodass man sich das immer nur zu zweit oder zu dritt teilt.
Im Keller befinden sich ein Fahrradkeller und eine Waschküche. Die Waschmaschinen kosten nichts.
Außerdem haben wir noch einen großen Bonus im Petto: Einen Partykeller.
Dieser gehört dem ganzen Haus, da wir noch mit zwei anderen WG´s zusammenleben.
Gerade wegen Corona veranstalten wir natürlich keine Partys, aber machen Filmeabende (wir haben sogar einen Beamer), Spieleabende oder gemütliche Runden mit dem Rest vom Haus. Außerdem sind immer Getränke da.

Die WG liegt mitten in der Altstadt, bei der Stiftskirche. Die Lage ist top und eignet sich perfekt für Neuankömmlinge in Tübingen, die schon mal die Stadt kennenlernen wollen, oder Leute, die aktuell noch eine dauerhafte Bleibe suchen, da du von hier aus alles in null-komma-nix erreichst. Es befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Läden in direkter Nähe und du bist in 3min an der Neckarbrücke, im Bota oder am Nonnenhaus. Zur Unibibliothek läufst du circa 7min.

The apartment is right in the heart of Tübingen, close to the Stiftskirche. So, it is perfect for anybody who is new in town and wants to get to know the city. Or, if you are still looking for something permanent this is the perfect base, because you are everywhere in no time.
