Hello everyone. :) As I can write better in English, I will write in English and mix some German words when needed.

To save your time, I will write a few important things first.

We are looking for someone:
who doesn't smoke.
who doesn't make parties. (Friends visiting is not a problem, but we'd like to have some peace and ruhe at home...so please no party lovers)
also it's okay when you drink sometimes, but we don't want the people who drink a lot and often. (It sounds picky, but we don't want the people who often go to clubs and parties at our home...)

So now, I'll really start.
Fresh renovated rooms are waiting for one zuverlässige und nette person.

This house is quite a old lovely house, but the rooms are fresh renovated. So it's a good mixture of old and new.

It'd be ideal for the people who want to have a ruhige Wohnung and zuverlässige und nette Leute at home.

And another important thing. Grocery shopping.
There are many places you can go shopping which is near. For example, you can get to the nearest supermarket in 2-3 mins. Also big REWE which is open till 24Uhr is near.

The room is ca. 11 m² and 300 euro (Warmmiete).
