für unsere wunderschöne 4er-WG mitten im Herzen der Altstadt suchen wir von Anfang Juli an eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Wir sind momentan zu dritt: Corinna (25) studiert Erwachsenenbildung im Master, Aaron (23) studiert Informatik im Bachelor und Carmen (24) studiert Medizin.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 9m² groß, aber dafür sehr gemütlich :) Die Möbel würden zu großen Teilen (bis auf ein paar Regale) im Zimmer bleiben. Dafür würde ich mich über eine kleine Ablöse freuen, das können wir dann aber gerne alles persönlich bequatschen. Der Blick auf die Tübinger Altstadt ist ziemlich genial und man weiß immer, was los ist. Entlohnt wird man für das eher kleinere Zimmer in der Wohnung durch unser großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer inkl. Essbereich, eine geräumige Küche und ein großes Bad. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Stockwerke, wobei der obere Stock ein weiteres WG-Zimmer ist. Sie ist mit viel Fachwerk ausgestattet und dadurch sehr charmant und einladend.
Wohnzimmer und Küche werden bei uns regelmäßig gemeinsam genutzt, ob Kochen, in der Hängematte liegen, unsere Pflanzen bemuttern, Filme schauen oder einfach nur ein Feierabendbier genießen, es ist alles drin :).

Hello,
we are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful 4-person flat in the heart of the old town from 1. July on. Currently, we are three students: Cori (25) studies adult education (master), Aaron (23) studies Informatics (bachelor) and Carmen (24) studies medicine.
The room is about 9m ² and furnished: I will only take a few shelfs. The small size of the room is compensated by the large comfortable living-room and dining area, a spacious kitchen and a large bathroom with plenty of storage. The apartment is spread over 2 floors, with the upper floor being another room. All in all, it has a lot of Fachwerk and is very cozy and welcoming.
Living room and kitchen are actively used together, as well as cooking, lying in a hammock, mothering our plants, watching movies or just enjoying a beer after work, everything is included! :).
Die Wohnung liegt so zentral wie es nur geht - zwischen Marktplatz und Stiftskirche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke und die Uni ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Neckarinsel liegt fast vor der Haustür.
ÖPNV sind essentiell gerade um die Ecke, also ist man auch auf dem Campus Morgenstelle innerhalb von 10 Minuten.

The apartment is as central as it gets - directly between market square and church. Shops are just around the corner and the university is also very easy to reach on foot. The Neckar park is also almost on the doorstep.
Public Transport opportunities are practically around the corner, so even the Campus on Morgenstelle can be reached within 10 minutes.
Wir verbringen gerne mal Abende zusammen mit Kochen, Spielen oder einfach ein bisschen Quatschen. Natürlich ist es genau so okay, sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen, und wir haben da bis jetzt immer ein sehr harmonisches WG Verhältnis gefunden.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass dies also keine Zweck WG ist :)

We like to spend time together every now and then, either with cooking, playing a board game or just having a chat. Of course it is just as normal for us to take some quiet time here and there and we've always had a very comfortable and balanced vibe in the flat.
It is therefore important to us that the living arrangements aren't just used as a means to an end, but that you enjoy the company of your flatmates from time to time :)
Da in nächster Zeit weitere Wechsel anstehen, wäre es gut, wenn du die Hauptmieterschaft übernehmen könntest. Aber keine Sorge, du wirst mit dem Papierkram nicht allein gelassen ;)
