Das Zimmer ist 14m2 groß und hat ein Fenster in Richtung Norden. Ein Waschbecken ist auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer hat eine Dachschräge und ist gut isoliert. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Du könntest auch den Schreibtisch behalten, wenn du möchtest.
The room is 14m2 big and has a window facing North. There's also a sink with a mirror in the room. One of the walls in the room is inclined and the room is well isolated. You'd have the nicest floor in the whole flat, nice wooden panels :). You have the option to keep the desk.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die WG befindet sich in der Jakobsgasse, direkt gegenüber der Jakobuskirche in der Tübinger Altstadt. Folglich ist alles was man im Alltag benötigt sowie die Uni locker fußläufig oder im Zweifelsfall mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
Bus stop "Krumme Brücke" is just a few meters away from the doorstep. Everything you may need is in walking distance (supermarkets, record store, restaurants, bars, and of course the uni). Top location.
In der WG herrscht aktuell ein sehr entspanntes miteinander und es wird viel und gerne Zeit mit quatschen, spielen und was man eben so zusammen tut, verbracht. Allerdings wird von niemandem erwartet, sich allzu sehr einzubringen.
Everyday life here is super chilled and relaxed. Everybody works or studies.
Yannick studies history and political sciences. In his spare time he enjoys doing sports, hanging out and making music. Felix is finishing his bachelor's in geology and also enjoys doing sports as well as hanging out. I (Sofía) am finishing my apprenticeship to become an educator and I like to cook, listen to records, and be creative. We all usually hang out in our awesome living room and watch series, have beers, play Mario Kart or board games, and sometimes throw tiny parties. We value time together but we also cherish alone time. Great environment with really lovely and interesting people popping by a lot of the time!
Die WG ist in einem Altstadthaus - das merkt man zum Teil eben auch. Die Küche ist nicht allzu üppig ausgestattet und sicherlich nichts für große Kochliebhaber. Zwei Herdplatten und ein kleiner Ofen sind aber dennoch da. Es gibt auch keine Spülmaschine, sodass es auch mal vorkommen kann, dass sich ein wenig Geschirr sammelt, das wird dann aber entweder gemeinschaftlich oder von dem-/derjenigen der/die gerade Zeit und Lust hat, erledigt. Insgesamt solltest du also einfach entspannt und kommunikativ sein, kein Problem mit gelegentlicher Unordnung haben und Bock auf lustige Menschen um dich herum haben.
Our shared flat is in an old building. The kitchen is quite small and very basic (sink, 2 plate electric stove, mini oven). We try our best to keep the flat as clean as possible since it is a cozy space and can get very chaotic very quickly. As long as you're chilled out and communicative we shouldn't have any issues getting along.
