Das Zimmer ist innenliegend mit Fenstern zum Flur, hat einen Holzboden und befindet sich in einem charmanten Altbau mitten in der Tübinger Innenstadt.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde Anfang 2020 renoviert.
Gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden Bad, Küche, WC und Terrasse.
Wir suchen einen offenen/offene, geselligen/gesellige Mitbewohner-/in zw. 20 und 30 Jahre.
