Ich suche eine Person, die mein Zimmer für unsere 3-Personen-WG ab Mai übernimmt! Die Zimmergröße beträgt ca. 19 m^2., mit drei Südfenstern (mit Rollläden). Daher sehr hell und im Sommer sehr angenehm. Es gibt auch eine gemütliche Küche und eine kleine Essecke im Haus; das Bad mit Tageslicht teilen Sie sich nur mit einem Mitbewohner, da das dritte Zimmer (ca. 15 m^2, ebenfalls ab Mai verfügbar) ein eigenes Bad hat .
Der große PAX-Kleiderschrank und das Bett, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind, werden nicht vorhanden sein. Daher wird das Zimmer unmöbliert sein.
Der Einzug ist ab dem 1. Mai möglich

I am looking for a person to take over my room for our 3-person shared apartment from May. The room size is approximately 19 m^2., with three south-facing windows (with shutters). Hence very bright and extremely pleasant during summer. There is also a cozy kitchen and a small dining area in the house; the bathroom with daylight you will share only with one roommate, as the third room (approx. 15 m^2, will be available from May as well) has its own bathroom.
The large PAX wardrobe and the bed, shown in the photos, will not be there. Hence the room will be unfurnished.
The move-in is possible from 1st of May onwards.

Der attraktivste Teil dieses Hauses ist die Lage. Sie genießen sowohl die Nähe der schönen Altstadt als auch eine ruhige Nachbarschaft.
In weniger als 5 Minuten sind Sie zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum und in 15 Minuten in der Neuen Aula. Wenn Sie oft unterwegs sind, ist der Bahnhof durch den Fahrradtunnel schnell zu erreichen. Gleich um die Ecke finden Sie auch ein Einkaufszentrum mit Rewe und Saturn. Bushaltestellen (Haagtor, Gerstenmühlstr.) sind ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt.

The most attractive part of this house is the location. You will enjoy the proximity of the beautiful old town as well as a quiet neighborhood.
In less than 5 minutes you can walk to the city center and in 15 minutes to the Neue Aula. If you are often on the road, the train station can be reached quickly through the bicycle tunnel. Right around the corner, you will also find a shopping center with Rewe and Saturn. Bus stops (Haagtor, Gerstenmühlstr.) are about 1 minute away on foot.

Das Leben in der WG ist eher ruhig. Marcus ist Bioinformatiker und ein ruhiger Mensch. Er ist vor kurzem eingezogen. Da neben meinem Zimmer auch ein weiteres Zimmer zur Verfügung steht, gibt es eine schöne Möglichkeit, ein gemeinsames Wg-Leben zu beginnen.

Life in the WG is rather quiet. Marcus is a bioinformatician and a quiet person. He moved in recently. Since along with my room, another room will also be available, there is a nice possibility to start a Wg-life together.

wir teilen uns eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner ( im Keller mit den restlichen Bewohnern des Hauses. Zu der Miete kommen noch die Kosten für Strom (ca. 35€ oder weniger, je nach Verbrauch), Internet (ca. 13€, die ich immer bezahlt habe) und Rundfunkgebühr (ca. 6€). Insgesamt sind es etwa 500€ pro Monat.
Wenn Sie Interesse haben, senden Sie mir bitte eine E-Mail an mit ein paar Zeilen über Sie :).
Der bestehende Internetanschluss wird in Zukunft eingestellt, da er von einem früheren Mitbewohner ist. Daher können Sie das Internet gemeinsam mit Ihren zukünftigen Mitbewohnern regeln.
Besichtigung ist am Donnerstag (29.04) und Freitag (30.04) abends möglich. Zeit wird später nach gegenseitiger Absprache festgelegt.
WICHTIG: Bitte tragen Sie bei der Besichtigung der Wohnung eine Maske.

we share a washing machine and dryer ( in the basement with the rest of the residents of the house. In addition to the rent, there are the costs for electricity (about 35€ or less depending on the usage), internet (about 13€, which I used to pay) and broadcasting fee (about 6€). In total it is about 500€ per month.
If you are interested, please email me at with few lines about you :).
The existing internet connection will be discontinued in the future since it is from a previous roommate. Therefore, you can arrange the internet together with your future roommates.
Viewing is possible on Thursday (29.04) and Friday (30.04) evening. Time will be fixed later upon mutual agreement.
IMPORTANT: Please carry your mask while visiting the apartment.
