es wird zum 1. März in meiner WG ein Zimmer frei. Es liegt sehr zentral der Brechtbau, Hegelbau und Ub sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Studenten sind willkommen. Dennoch handelt es sich eigentlich um eine Berufstätigen WG, da ich in der Schule arbeite.
Der Mietvertrag kann flexibel gestaltet werden, was den Zeitraum angeht.

Das Zimmer ist sehr zentral gelegen es befindet sich in einem ruhigen Haus, in dem nicht nur Paare sondern auch ältere Personen wohnen.
Es ist eine gewisse Rücksicht auf alle Mitbewohner notwendig. Es ist kein Haus in dem Partys gefeiert werden.
Ich mache Lehramtsqualifikationen im Zweistudium und bin eine zuverlässige und nette Mitbewohnerin, mit der man auch mal kochen und etwas unternehmen kann.
Willkommen sind auch internationale Studierende im Master, Doktorandinnen und/ oder Gastwissenschaftlerinnen und auch Erstsemester, die in Tübingen ankommen wollen.
Ich spreche Englisch, Spanisch und Deutsch und etwas Französisch. Ich freue mich jemandem die Ankunft in Tübingen zu ermöglichen und biete ggf. eine kleine Unterstützung in alltäglichen Bereichen an, wenn jemand aus dem Ausland ankommt.

The room is very centrally located it is in a quiet house where not only couples but also elderly people live.
Some consideration for all roommates is necessary. It is not a house where parties are celebrated.
Since I work myself and teach at the school and university, there is a certain working atmosphere that I want to maintain.
However, I welcome international students in their Master's program, PhD students and/or visiting scholars.
I speak English, Spanish and German and some French. I am happy to help someone arrive in Tübingen and may offer a small amount of assistance in everyday matters when someone arrives from abroad.
The lease is limited to one year for the time being.

Innenstadtlage Nähe Brecht-Bau/ Kupfer-Bau
Ich heiße Beatriz und bin Lehrerin an einer Grundschule, außerdem gwhe ich nochmal zur Uni. Ich mache gerne Sport, bin gerne in der Natur mag Yoga und Tanz. Ursprünglich habe ich Germanistik studiert einen Mastervin der Deutschen Literatur und noch einen in der Koparatistik abgeschlossen. Da meine Muttersprache auch Spanisch ist, studiere ich diesesals Fach fürs gymnasiale Lehramt im Zweitstudium.
Ich bin eine eher ruhige Person, aber natürlich ist es mir wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben in der WG klappt und es eine gute Kommunikation gibt!i
Es wohnen unterschiedliche Leute und auch ältere Menschen im Haus, die alle Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen. Es ist keine Ort für Partys etc.
