Perfectly located flat hunting for new flatmate (long term, room 2)

You can hardly find a more central place in Tübingen. Everything is reachable in five minutes. Altstadt is right across the street and on Mühlstraße you always find something to eat. The university library and Neue Aula is only one street away and if you're as fit as Davide you can reach the clinic in 15 minutes by bike. Even though we live very central, nature is not far away. You can reach the park, Österberg or Neckar again in no more than five minutes. We have cafés and bars on the street, so you should be a deep-ish sleeper, because it can get a bit loud sometimes, or you can join us for a beer in the evening. That usually helps.

Here's Davide and since both my flatmates Hanna and Zeyna are leaving the flat, we are going to live together.

So far the life in the flat could be define as "actively-easy going". We liked to do things together inside and outside the flat, like whatch movies, go our for a drink, to some parties, or simply spontaneously stop for a chat sat on the couch whenever possible but without "forcing" anyone. I'd like to keep it that way.

To describe myself in a few lines it’s not very easy, so I’m definitely gonna do it badly.
I’m an Italian PhD student in Neuroscience, my lab is up the hill close to Uni-Kliniken Berg and I spend there most of my daily time during the week, so I’m usually around in the evening and weekend.
I’m not a crazy person and not a boring one. I like a lot movies and everything cinema related, I like reading and beer (when together even better), I kind of like cooking (even though I'm usually too shy to share what I've cooked, because I'm always worried that it's not good enough, and then people have to eat it anyway because otherwise it would be impolite), I like to have conversation (a lot), about almost everything, I love plants (my room is kind of a greenhouse), I love to party but also to mind my own business from time to time.
Technically spreche ich auch ein bisschen Deutsch, ich solte merh sprechen, aber bin ich faul.

Anyway, this is just a blurred picture of myself, but we are gonna have plenty of time to get to know each other better.

Since my German knowledge is still limited, some level of English would make living together waaay easier. We all make mistakes, so don’t be shy if your English is not perfect 😊.
It would also be nice if you already have experience with the wg-life, and you could take care of the Nebenkosten-related contracts, we can as well do it together, but I’ll definitely need some help with that since everything is in German.
