Zimmer in Wohnheims WG

Das Wohnheim liegt in Lustnau, eher am Rand von Tübingen, aber mit dem Bus/Fahrrad ist man trotzdem in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt und bei der Uni. Es gibt eine Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus und noch drei Minuten weiter eine andere Haltestelle wo sehr regelmäßig Busse fahren. In der Nähe gibt es einen Rewe, Bäcker, eine Apotheke und sonst noch alles was was man so braucht. Wenn man gerne spazieren geht, gibt es hier auch einen Wald mit schönen Spazierwegen.

The dormitory is located in Lustnau, which is on the outskirts of Tübingen, but you can still reach the city center and the university in 10 minutes by bus. There is a stop right in front of the house and another one 3 minutes away for more frequent Bus services. Closeby there is a Rewe, a post office, a bakery and a pharmacy and pretty much everything else you need. If you like walking, there is also a forest here were you can have a nice walke

In der WG wohnen aktuell noch 2 weitere Studentinnen und ein Student. Das Zimmer ist zwar faktisch in einer WG, aber letzendlich ist es immernoch ein Wohnheim und ich hatte nie großen Kontakt zu meinen Mitbewohnern. Küche und Bad wird geteilt aber ansonsten kommt man sich nie in die Quere. Wer also nach einem aufregenden WG-Leben sucht ist hier leider falsch. Trotzdem kann man hier gut Leben und den Luxus genießen sich das Bad und die Küche nur mit weniger Leuten teilen zu müssen als in vielen anderen Wohnheimen üblich. Aktuell benutzt tatsächlich nur einer der Mitbewohner die Küche, weswegen du sie oft ganz für dich alleine hast.

Two other female students and one male student currently live in the shared apartment. The room is factually in a shared apartment, but at the end of the day it is still a dormitory and I never had much contact with my roommates. The kitchen and bathroom are shared but otherwise you never get in each other's way. So if you're looking for an exciting shared apartment life, you've unfortunately come to the wrong place. Nevertheless, you can live well here and enjoy the luxury of only having to share the bathroom and kitchen with fewer people than is usual in many other dormitories. Currently only one of the roommates actually uses the kitchen, which is why you often have it all to yourself.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1ten Mai bis zum 30 September frei. Idealerweise nutzt du den kompletten Zeitraum, du kannst mir aber auch schreiben falls du nur für einen kürzeren Zeitraum Interesse hättest. In der Miete sind schon alle Kosten (Warm, Internet + 17€ GEZ ) enthalten, wobei du einen eigenen Router/Kabel brauchst um das Internet zu nutzen. Ansonsten schreib mir doch bitte einen kleinen Text wer du bist und was du so machst. Genauere Einzelheiten über den Mietvertrag und die Kaution können wir dann gerne möglichst bald bei einer Besichtigung besprechen :)

The room is available from May 1st to September 30th. Ideally, you use the entire period, but you can also text me if you are only interested in a shorter period. All costs (heat + internet +17€ GEZ) are included in the rent, although you need your own router/cable to use the internet. Please text me a short text about who you are and what you do.
We can discuss more details about the rental agreement and the deposit soon during a visit :)
