Hallo everyone,
My roommate will shift to a new flat on July, so I want to search for a new roommate now.The room is 15 qm big and has a big window facing towards north. There are no furniture inside. We share the kitchen, bathroom and the toilet. There is a washing machine outside the apartment which we share with other 4 students living next to us. I have to tell you some facts, that the room is connected to the kitchen, while mine is not. It is to say that if I want to go to the kitchen I will cross your room. But after dinner I seldom do and you have doors to make your own private space. You can see the details in the picture.
The location is quite fantastic, you can have 3 bus lines nearby. No.1 No.7 and NO.22. All the bus-stop can you see from your window and it only takes you 1 min by foot. There is also a Rewe supermarket within one minite by foot. Kreisparkasse and Bäckerei are also available for you. The bus takes you only 10 mins to the downtown and 15mins to the Hbf.
I am a 30-year-old Dr.med student in the UKT and I come from China. I can speak English and now learning German. I spend most of the time in the lab and I`m very easy to get along with. I like traveling around and I`m a good Chinese food chef if you like. haha~~~ I clean the room every week and I also like pets if you have.
This is not a fully furnitured room, there is a closet inside. The warm rent of it is 330 euro including everything (water, electricity, gas, internet, waste) If you have any questions I will be very happy to answer you. Plz contact me via E-mail.
