Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
Gemeinsam teilen wir uns eine Küche (mit Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine), Bad (mit Dusche), Wohn- und Esszimmer. Das große Wohnzimmer kann zu geselligen Abenden genutzt werden.
Platz für Ungenutztes findest du auf dem Dachboden.

We offer a beautiful furnished 18sqm room in a 3 people WG, since our flatmate is leaving Tübingen for about 8 months. The flat is situated at the 3rd floor of the building. In the apartment there are also a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), a bathroom with shower and a large living room with 2 sofas and enough space for cheerful evenings with friends.
In der Nachbarschaft findest du Alles was du brachst. 5min Fußweg entfernt befinden sich ein
Rewe, 2 Bäckerein, ein Metzger, Bank, Post und Apotheken. Das Unisportzentrum ist ganz in der Nähe und es gibt einen Fußballpltz und ein Beachvolleyballfeld- 1-2 Minuten entfernt gibt es eine Haltestelle für die Linien 7, 22, 23, und E, die zur Uni und in die Innenstadt fahren, 5 min entfernt hält die Linie 1. Mit dem Fahrrad errreicht man die Uni Wilhelmstraße und die Innenstadt in 10-15 min.

In the neighbourhood you can find everything you need. At 5 minutes walking there are a Rewe, 2 bakeries, a butcher, Bank, Post office,and Pharmacy. In addition the Uni sport center is very close and there are a beach volleyball and a football field nearby. The bus stops are at 1-2 min walking, the lines 1 and 7 drive bring you at the University or city center and line 22 brings directly to the Neckarbrücke. By bike is possible to reach the University and the city center in 10-15 min.
