I'm renting the room for 3 months: beginning of December to end of February.
There is everything you need : bed, wardrobe, washbasin in the room, a big desk and a beautiful vue through the window. You can also tidy up your stuff under the bed.
It's a bit small, actually part of the "student studio" deal, but confortable, and really quiet.
You can catch the bus in the Bus station at 2 minutes, and it takes 15min max to reach the center. Night-busses are also regular.
Lustnau is well-known to be a residential quartier, very quiet, peaceful. The forest to joggen or walk is near!
The flatmates are pretty nice, but quiet.
If you enjoy quiet moments after a big day, it's the place to be. Don't expect to do whatsoever with the flatmates, they are busy ;-)
All is clean, huge space to do whatever (corridor, pretty big kitchen), and you're independent to clean what you want to clean. There is no rules.
Waschmaschinen easily usable, it costs 1,50 only with the student card,
There's a music room with a piano downstairs and a garage for bikes + park. It's not so difficult to reach the place with a bike and the slope is so good when you get down in the center of the city.
The sport center (Hochschule for Sport) is 5 minutes reachable (15 min walking)

Be careful tough, I'm really looking for somebody who want to stay the 3 months (± one week). I need somebody I can trust and keep in touch with within the 3 months and who don't want to register to the university with this address.
This place might be a place to stay before leaving home after the winter semester or to wait before getting another place.
