Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat einen eigenen Balkon, der mit einer anderen Mitbewohnerin geteilt ist. Es hat ca 16m^2 und zusätlich eine kleine Empore, auf der sich das Bett befindet, sodass der Raum angenehm groß ist. Die Empore ist hoch genug dass man dort auch als großer Mensch gut stehen kann. Ich habe dort zur Zeit mein Bett, man kann dort jedoch auch gut einen Schreibtisch unterstellen. Durch den (eigenen) Balkon verfügt es über zwei große Türen und eine kleine gläserne Dachschräge, sodass es sehr hell ist.
Das Haus hat einen großen Küchen- und Wohnbereich, sowie einen Garten, in dem man im Sommer auch grillen kann.

The room is very bright and has an own balcony that is shared with one other person. The room is about 16 m^2 large and has a small "balcony" with the bed such that the room is divided into two parts and feels quite large. It is fully furnished and -- due to the doors to the (outdoor) balcony -- is very bright.
The house has a large shared kitchen and living room area as well as a large terrace and a garden to relax and have a BBQ in over the summer.
Das Haus liegt in Tübingen Lustnau in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Stadtrand, sodass man sehr schnell im Wald ist. Wir wohnen jedoch auch nah genug an der Stadt, dass man mit dem Rad in 10-15Minuten in der Altstadt ist. Die Bushaltestellen mit verschiedenen Linien und einige Geschäfte (Rewe, Bäckerei) sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

The house is located in Tuebingen Lustnau in a quiet residential area. The forest is very close, so you can go for a nice walk or go running. By bike, it takes about 10-15 minutes to the centre of Tuebingen. There are also several bus stops and shops (Rewe, bakery) close by (about 5 minutes on foot)
In der WG sind wir alle berufstätig (ein paar Doktoranden und Post Docs, aber auch Freiberufler und Angestellte), sodass es eher ruhig zugeht. 10 Leute mag nach viel klingen, durch die recht unterschiedlichen Rhythmen verläuft es sich aber sehr gut, sodass man eigentlich nie auf eines der drei Bäder warten muss.

Most of the people in the house are working already, as PhD students, PostDocs, or as regular employees. Thus, it's a bit more quiet than your usual student WG. While 10 people sounds like a lot, we all have slightly rhythms, such that you never have to wait on one of the bathrooms or the kitchen.
Im Preis von ca 450EUR sind alle Nebenkosten, Internet, GEZ, Müll, etc. eingeschlossen. Wir teilen uns auch einen Grundstock an Lebensmitteln und eine Putzfrau für den Allgemeinbereich (Küche und Badezimmer), die ebenfalls schon in den Kosten mit drin ist (daher das "ca").
Bei Alter und Geschlecht sind wir offen, allerdings solltest Du mindestens 25 sein oder mindestens im Master studieren oder bereits arbeiten -- ein Ersti passt hier sicherlich nicht so gut rein :). Bitte stelle Dich in der Nachricht auch kurz selbst vor.
Ich selbst ziehe vermutlich zum 1. Dezember aus, sodass das Zimmer voraussichtlich ab dann vermietet wird. Die WG wird Mitte November einen oder mehrere Termine zur Besichtigung anbieten -- es kann also sein, dass es ein klein wenig dauert, bis ihr von mir zurück hört.

In the price of 450EUR everything is already included (even a cleaning lady that takes care of the shared areas as well as some basic food stuff that we share).
You should be at least 25 years of age and studying for a masters degree or already working. Please also describe yourself when replying to this ad.
I will most likely move out in time for you to move in on Dec 1st though the date might still shift slightly (you might also be able to move in a couple of days earlier). We will have a small "casting" and show you the WG in mid November. So please don't be discouraged if you don't hear from me for a week till we get everything organised.
