Kleines, aber schönes WG-Zimmer in Tübingen (zwei gleiche Zimmer sind frei, daher auch geeignet für Freunde)

Die WG befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, obwohl sie in der Nähe der Schienen liegt hört man davon nichts. Tagsüber sind die benachbarten Firmen zu hören aber der Lärm hält sich in Grenzen.
Das Manko der Wohnung ist die Verkehrsanbindung. Vor der Tür befindet sich zwar eine Haltstelle, doch der Bus hält nur, wenn man ihn vorher per Telefon bestellt. Trotzdem ist die Innenstadt sehr schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle Reutlinger Straße ist aber auch in ein paar Gehminuten locker zu erreichen. Zusätzlich kann man das Auto direkt vor dem Haus parken also perfekt für alle mit Auto.

Our flat is located in a quite environment and even though it is close to the rails one cannot hear the train. During the day the companies in the neighbourhood make a normal amount of noise.
The problem of the flat is the connection to the public transport. There is a possibility to catch the bus close by the house, but only if you call it in advance and fix the schedule. If you are willing to bike you can reach the city center within 5-10 minutes without any problems. The other option is walking to the station Reutlinger Straße which is only a few minutes walking distance away. If you own a car it’s the perfect place to be, as you can park the car right infront. ;)

Wir suchen eine Ergänzung für eine bunt gemischt WG - deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind:

Radek (25, momentan auf Jobsuche) and Klaudia (24, Doktorandin) kommen beide aus Polen und sprechen bisher noch kein perfektes Deutsch, aber dafür umso besser Englisch. Marin (30, Bulgarien) macht momentan eine Ausbildung und kann sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Da momentan zwei Zimmer frei sind, ist noch nicht klar wer dein vierter Mitbewohner wird.
Wir sind offen für jedermann und würden uns über einen geselligen neuen Mitbewohner für die WG freuen.

We are looking for a new member in our WG - your future flat mates are:

Radek (25, currently looking for a job) and Klaudia (24, PhD student) both from Poland and both still learning to speak German, but their English is really good. Marin (29, from Bulgaria) attending a job training speaks both German and English. As we are currently looking for two new flatmates it’s not settled yet who is going to be your fifth flatmate.
We are an open-minded group and are really looking forward to a new member for our flat.
