The room is small and cozy. It comes with wooden floors and you can do whatever you want concerning the furnishing. If you do not have any furnishing, maybe we can arrange something from the stuff in our cellar.
Der Raum ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Er ist mit Parkett ausgelegt und dir sind bei der Einrichtung und Gestaltung eigentlich keine Grenzen gesetzt. Falls du keine Möbel haben solltest, ist das kein Problem: In den Tiefen unseres Kellers findet sich meist einiges, was du super gerne nutzen kannst! Falls dir die Raumgröße aber immer noch Sorgen machen sollte: Meistens sind wir sowieso alle in dem großen Wohnzimmer, der Küche oder in unserem Garten unterwegs.
The apartment is located in a residential street in Lustnau. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away. From there you can take bus 1, 7 and 828 that connect you to the city center and the main station in 10 minutes.
Less than 5 minutes away, there is a big REWE (supermarket), a pharmacy and a bakery.
The sport facility of the university (with soccer, tennis and volley courts, a gym and a runnning track) is just across the street.
Since it overlooks a residential street, it is quiet and no noise from the Wilhelmstraße can be heard, but instead there will be sometimes the sound of chickens ;)
Unser Haus liegt ziemlich am Beginn von Lustnau, also mit dem Fahrrad etwa 8-10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt . Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle, die in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen ist - damit bist du auch in 8 - 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Falls du auf dem Sand studieren solltest, ist die Lage sogar noch besser! Direkt gegenüber unseres Viertels ist auch das Sportinstitut mit Fußball-, Tennis- und Volleyball-Feldern.
We are a group of relaxed people - Benny & Fabi (from Germany), Maria (from Austria), Albert (from Spain), Emily (from England) and Emma (from Belgium). Most of us are studying or working or doing their Ph.D.
We like to get together for a glass of wine and a movie in the evening and for barbecues in the weekend. We share some of the food and enjoy cooking together ; almost everyone in the WG ist vegetarian :)
You are free to live however you like to live since all of us respect the privacy of one another.
Currently we speak french, german, english or spanish in the house, so internationals are also very much welcomed since we are all able to speak also in english.
We are living together with a cat, Ari :) but she doesnt like additional cats or dogs...
Wir sind eine sehr entspannte und familiäre Wg, die gerne gemeinsam den Abend oder einen gemütlichen Sonntagnachmittag verbringt. Sei es ein Tag im Garten, am See, oder auf einer Demo: Wir sind für viele Aktivitäten offen, respektieren aber natürlich auch Privatsphäre und den persönlichen Freiraum. :) Mit uns zusammen lebt auch eine Katze, die sehr verschmust ist, mit anderen Tieren aber nicht besonders gut klarkommt. Ansonsten freuen wir uns immer über gemeinsame Ausflüge, Katertage, den Veganer Sonntags-Burger zum Frühstück oder auch eine liebe Umarmung .
The house has been taken care of with love by the people living in there and contains all the nice amenities one could hope for: Yes your room is not the biggest of all but there is a big, bright living room with a beamer and a good sound system for a small home cinema, a beautiful garden with a nice terrace equipped with a barbeque and a pool, last but not least, a sauna in the basement.

Das Haus ist traumhaft und wurde immer mit viel Liebe gepflegt. An der Einrichtung wird zwar natürlich immer wieder herumgetüftelt, aber ansonsten bietet es alles, die man sich wünschen kann: Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht das größte von allen, aber es gibt ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit einem Beamer und einem guten Soundsystem für ein kleines Heimkino, einen großen Garten mit einer schönen Terrasse, die mit einem Grill und einem Pool ausgestattet ist, und nicht zuletzt eine Sauna im Keller.

Am besten ziehst du den 23. July ein, da Simon an diesem Moment nach Greifswald :D aber darüber lässt sich natürlich reden ;)
