Lust auf zwei helle Zimmer, eins mit Zugang zum Balkon, Blick ins Grüne in toller Lage und eine ansonsten top ausgestattete Wohnung? Dann schaut euch hier mal um :)
Ich darf für einen Gastaufenthalt für drei Monate ins Ausland und vermiete daher meine zwei Zimmer in unserer schönen WG (nur gemeinsam an eine Person abzugeben). Zu vermieten ist ein Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer (20 qm) mit großem Fenster und Zugang zum großen Balkon in Kombination mit einem kleineren Schlafzimmer (9 qm). Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit einem gemütlichen Bett, Kleiderschrank/Kommode, einem Schreibtisch, Couch und Ohrensessel, Esstisch und Stauraum. Durch die Süd-West-Ausrichtung genießt du auf dem Balkon und auch in deinem Zimmer schönste Abendsonne und Sonnenuntergänge!
Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und hat einen tollen Ausblick ins Grüne. Sie wurde 2020 komplett renoviert (und wenn ich sage komplett, dann meine ich das: neues Laminat, neue Elektrik, neue Türen und Fenster, neue Küche usw usw...). Es gibt ein Tageslichtbad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne inkl. Dusche und Glasduschwand - Duschvorhänge ade! ;) Die Küche (mit Morgensonne) verfügt über alles, was das Herz begehrt: Kühlschrank, Backofen, Spülmaschine (!) und viel Stauraum für Lebensmittel.

who's in for two bright rooms, one with access to the balcony in a great location and an otherwise well-equipped apartment? Then take a look around here :)
I am given the opportunity to go abroad for three months for a guest research stay and therefore will rent out my two rooms in our beautiful flat (only rented jointly to one person). There is a living room (20 sqm) with a big window and access to the big balcony in combination with a smaller bedroom (9 sqm). The rooms are equipped with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, a desk, couch and wing chair, dining table and storage space. Due to the south-west orientation, you can enjoy the most beautiful evening sun and sunsets on the balcony and also in your room!
The apartment is located on the third floor and has a great view. It was completely renovated in 2020 (and when I say completely, I mean it: new flooring, new electrics, new doors and windows, new kitchen etc etc...). There is a daylight bathroom with washing machine and bathtub incl. shower. The kitchen (with morning sun) has everything your heart desires: fridge, oven, dishwasher (!) and plenty of storage space for food.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Lustnau, nur 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Innenstadt entfernt. Hier gibt es alles, was man so im Alltag braucht: einen REWE, eine Apotheke, Bäcker/Metzger und verschiedene Ärtze im Lustnauer Zentrum (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Es ist super nah zum Wald und in den Schönbuch (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Es gibt mehrere Buslinien in der Nähe, eine davon direkt vor der Tür (Linie 22) und mehrere in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Sportinstitut und zur Kletterhalle sind es nur je 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The apartment is located in beautiful Lustnau, only 10-15 minutes by bike from the city center. You will find everything you need in everyday life close by: a supermarket, a pharmacy, bakery/butcher and various doctors in the Lustnauer Zentrum (5 minutes walk). It's super close to the forest and Schönbuch (2 minutes walk). Several bus lines stop here, one of them directly in front of the door (line 22) and several in 3-5 minutes walk. To the sports institute and the climbing hall it takes only about 7 minutes each by bike.
Zusammenleben würdest du mit Hiba, 28 Jahre alt und Process Development Engineer bei Curevac :) Bisher war unser WG-Leben immer sehr ungezwungen und spontan, gemeinsame Koch- und Grillabende oder Wochenendausflüge inklusive. Da Hiba Vollzeit arbeitet freut sie sich über eine Mitbewohnerin, die einen ähnlichen Tagesrhythmus hat und vielleicht schon arbeitet, aber auch Lust auf den ein oder anderen gemeinsamen Kaffee oder Filmeabend hat.

You would share the flat with Hiba, 28 years old and Process Development Engineer at Curevac :) So far, our flat-sharing life has always been very easygoing and spontaneous, including joint cooking and barbecue evenings or weekend getaways. Since Hiba works full time, she would be happy to have a roommate who has a similar rhythm and perhaps already works, but who is also up for a coffee or movie night together from time to time.
Die Zimmer ab 20. März verfügbar und bis spätestens 17. Juni 2023. Die genauen Daten sind aber flexibel und können gern individuell abgesprochen werden.
Es gibt immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, solltest du ein Auto haben. Außerdem verfügen wir über einen großzügigen Kellerraum, Fahrräder können vor dem Haus abgestellt werden. Die Miete enthält bereits Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet und GEZ.
Ich freue mich über eine Nachricht von euch - erzählt doch ein bisschen, wer ihr seid und was ihr macht, und vielleicht lernen wir uns ja bald auch "live" kennen. Onlinebesichtigungen sind auch möglich falls ihr (noch) nicht vor Ort seid.

The room is available from March 20th at the earliest and until June 17th, 2023 at the latest, but the exact dates are flexible and can be arranged individually.
There is always a parking space in front of the house, should you have a car. We also have a spacious basement room where stuff can be stored. Bikes can be parked in front of the house. The rent already includes utilities, electricity, internet and GEZ.
We are happy to hear from you - tell us a bit about who you are and what you do, and maybe we'll get to meet "live" soon. Online viewings are also possible if you are not (yet) in Tübingen.
