Zimmer zur Untermiete befristet

Das Haus liegt am Österberg und ist von der Innenstadt in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Neckarbrücke und der Bushaltestelle sind es nur ca. 3 Gehminuten. Die Lage ist also super zentral und alles, was man für den Alltag braucht ist gut zu erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig, da das Haus in einer ruhigen Straße liegt. Nur gelegentlich hört man die anderen Bewohner, die noch im Haus sind (2 Frauen und eine Familie mit 2 Kindern).

The house is located at the Österberg and can be reached from the city center in about 7 minutes on foot. To the Neckar bridge and the bus stop it is only about a 3 minutes walk. So the location is super central and everything you need for everyday life is easy to reach. Despite the central location, it is very quiet because the house is located in a quiet street. Only occasionally you can hear the other residents who live in the house (2 women and a family with 2 children).

Wir sind eine Zweck WG, sodass es kein richtiges gemeinsames WG Leben gibt. Man trifft sich dennoch hin und wieder mal in der Küche und redet miteinander. Zudem haben wir einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich rotiert. Das Zimmer ist also vor allem perfekt, wenn man gerne viel Zeit für sich haben möchte und man gerne seine Ruhe hat. Wer jedoch gerne andere Leute trifft, ist dennoch schnell in der Stadt um etwas zu unternehmen. Im Haus wohnen, wie oben schon erwähnt, noch zwei Frauen und eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist super angenehm.

We are a purpose WG, so there is no real common WG life. Nevertheless, we meet now and then in the kitchen and talk to each other. We also have a cleaning schedule that rotates weekly. The room is therefore perfect if you want to have a lot of time to yourself and you like to have your peace and quiet. However, if you like to meet other people, you are still quickly in the city to do something. In the house live, as mentioned above, two women and a family with two children. The house community is super pleasant.

Mir ist es wichtig, dass du als Untermieterin meines Zimmers mit meinem Sachen sorgsam umgehst und auf diese aufpasst. Zudem bin ich darauf angewiesen, dass der Termin zum Auszug eingehalten wird, da ich nur diesen Tag habe um selbst umzuziehen. Über den Einzugstermin lässt sich mit mir verhandeln, ein Einzug zum 1. März ist auch möglich, ich bevorzuge aber jemanden, der schon früher einziehen könnte.

It is important to me that you, as a subtenant of my room, handle my things carefully and take care of them. In addition, I am dependent on the fact that the date to move out is kept, because I have only this day to move myself. About the move-in date can be negotiated with me, a move-in on March 1 is also possible, but I prefer someone who could move in earlier.
