Wir bieten ein vorübergehendes Zimmer in einem Wohngemeinschaftshaus. Es kann vom 31.06.2019 bis zum letzten Dezember dieses Jahres, dem 31.12.2019 (das Haus wird umgebaut), genommen werden.
Das Zimmer befindet sich buchstäblich (7 Schritte entfernt) vor der Bushaltestelle Dieselstraße der Linien 1 und 22, direkt zur Neuen Aula, zum Nonnenhaus und zum Bahnhof. Der Nachtbus verkehrt nachts in der nur 100 m entfernten Dorfstraße. Die Bushaltestelle Stuttgarter Straße liegt 300 m entfernt. REWE und das Gewerbegebiet von Lustnau liegen 250 m entfernt. Auch das Sportzentrum der Uni ist ganz in der Nähe. Daher ist der Standort für einen Studenten sehr günstig.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß. Das Zimmer ist leer von Möbeln, Sie können alles mitbringen, was Spielzeug will, und Sie können meine fast neue Matratze um 5 Euro haben. Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster und ist tagsüber sehr hell.
Die Miete beträgt 345 monatlich. Es ist keine. Die Miete beinhaltet alles: Internet, Strom, Gas zum Kochen mit Feuer (ja! Tatsächliches Feuer), einen Minikühlschrank für sich selbst und einen Geschirrspüler. Ist möglich, die Waschmaschine und den Trockner zu benutzen. Das Haus verfügt über eine große Terrasse, auf der Sie im Sommer entspannen oder die Sonne genießen können. Toilette und Duschraum sind getrennt. Der Vermieter wohnt im Obergeschoss; Der Mitbewohner ist ein sehr netter und aufgeschlossener Typ. Natürlich gibt es einen gemeinsamen Reinigungsplan.

We offer a temporary room in a shared house. It can be taken from the 15.06.2019 until the last day of December this year, 31.12.2019 (the house is going to be remodeled).
The room is literally (7 steps away) in front of the Dieselstrasse bus stop of line 1 and 22, directly to Neue Aula, Nonnenhaus and the Train Station. Night bus passes al night at Dorfstrasse, just 100 meters away. Stuttgarter Strasse bus stop is 300 meters away. REWE and the commercial zone of Lustnau are 250 meters away. Also, the sports center of the Uni is quite close. Therefore, the location is very convenient for an student.
The room is approximately 16 square meters. The room is empty of any furniture, you can bring whatever toy want, and you can have my almost new mattress by 5 Euros. The room has two windows and during the day is really bright.
The rent is 345 monthly. There is no deposit. The rent includes everything: Internet, electricity, gas for cooking with fire (yes! Actual fire), a minifridge for yourself, and dishwasher. Is possible to use the washing machine and the dryer as well. The house has a big terrace that you can use during the summer for chilling or take the sun. Toilet and shower room are separated. The landlord lives on the upper floor; the roommate is a really nice and openminded guy. There’s a shared cleaning schedule of course.
