In unserer WG wird mein Zimmer zum 1. März frei. Es ist sehr hell und hat große Einbauschränke. Auch gibt es nen großen Balkon. Man blickt direkt in den Garten und kann den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Im Garten gibt es auch eine Feuerstelle und wenn die Bäume es zulassen kann man auch die Alb sehen.
Im Haus gibt es noch eine große sowie zwei kleinere Küchen. Ein Badezimmer wird gerade renoviert. Es gibt aber noch 3 weitere WCs sowie zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Auch gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die alle nutzen können sowie mehrere Kellerräume, einen Schuppen und eine Garage für Fahrräder.

My room in our shared flat will be available on March 1st. It is bright and has large built-in wardrobes. There is also a large balcony. You have a direct view of the garden and can watch the sunrise. In the garden there is also a fireplace and if the trees allow it you can also see the Alb.
The house also has a large and two smaller kitchens. One bathroom is currently being renovated and should be ready by the time you move in. If not, there are 3 more toilets and two bathrooms with shower and washbasin. There is also a washing machine that everyone can use as well as several cellar rooms, a shed and a garage for bicycles.
Das Haus liegt gleichzeitig zentral und schön ruhig im Schönblick. Innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten erreicht man die Haltestelle Gottlieb-Olpp-Straße oder wenn man 5-10 min ins Tal läuft an der Haltestelle Mohlstraße.

The house is centrally and quietly located in Schönblick. Within 1-2 minutes you can reach the bus stop Gottlieb-Olpp-Straße or if you walk 5-10 minutes into the valleythe bus stop Mohlstraße
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Es wird gerne viel gekocht. Ab und zu gibt es auch Spieleabende. Von Sport bis Musik findet man in einer so großen WG immer gemeinsame Interessen.

Life in the shared flat is very relaxed. We like to cook a lot. We also have game nights from time to time. As we are many people, there will always be a hobby in common with someone.
Meine Möbel werde ich sehr wahrscheinlich alle mitnehmen. Nur eine Kommode und ein Klavier auf dem Balkon werde ich dortlassen. Zudem gibt einen großen Einbauschrank mit viel Stauraum.
Da mein Mietvertrag erst zum 31.05. ausläuft, wäre auch eine Untermiete zum alten Preis mit 595€ möglich. Danach könnte das Zimmer normal angemietet werden.

I will probably take all my furniture with me. I'll only be leaving a chest of drawers and a piano on the balcony.
Also a temporary rent is possible. My contract officially exspires at 31.05. Therefore I could offer my old price 595€ per month until then.
