Beide Zimmer sind ca. 16 qm groß. Zimmer 1 wird mit einem großen Spiegelschrank vermietet (auf den Fotos zu sehen), sonst ist es unmöbliert. In Zimmer 2 sind bereits Bett (1.60m), Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal und müssten für eine Ablösesumme übernommen werden. Die gesamte Wohnung, incl. des Balkons ist hell und frisch renoviert und befindet sich im 2. Stock eines gut geführten Wohnhaus mit Aufzug (was sich beim Umzug als sehr praktisch erwiesen hat). Das größte Zimmer mit Balkon (Süd-West-Ausrichtung) ist unser gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Die Küche verfügt über eine moderne Einbauküche (Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden). Neben einem Tageslichtbad (mit Toilette, Badewanne und Dusche) gibt es auch noch ein separates Gäste-WC. Zudem gehört zur Wohnung ein eigener Kellerraum (ca. 15qm). Außerdem gehören zu dem Haus eine überdachte Fahrradgarage, ein abschließbarer Fahrradraum, sowie ein Waschmaschinen- und Trockenraum im Untergeschoss zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Es steht zwar zum 15.5. drin, wir sind aber flexibel mit früher oder später :)

The rooms are about 16 sqm. Room 1 contains a large closet with mirror doors (see pictures). Room 2 already has a bed, desk, closet and bookshelf that would have to be taken over. The whole apartment is quite bright and also freshly renovated. It's on the second floor of a house with an elevator (which was very useful during moves!). We also have a living room, which is the largest room with access to the balcony in south-west direction. The kitchen is also fully equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave. Our main bathroom is spacious with a window, shower, and tub. Next to that, we also have a small guest bathroom. As part of the apartment, we also have a basement for storage (about 15sqm), and you can either leave your bike in front of the door (there's a space underneath a roof) or in the basement. Lastly, there's also a room in the basement where we can put a washing machine and dry our clothes, but to be honest there's enough space in the apartment for that.
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein und liegt in beliebter Gegend in der Tübinger Südstadt, in der Nähe des Französischen Viertels. Das Zentrum von Tübingen sowie den HBF erreichst Du fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten. Mehrere Buslinien verkehren in der Nähe (Stadtwerke). Außerdem befindet sich direkt nebenan das Schweickhardt Areal, welches mehrere Restaurants, Bäckereien, Supermärkte (Edeka, Lidl, dm, Aldi), Cafés, Ärzte und Apotheke sowie ein Fitnessstudio bietet.

The apartment is located close to the French Quarter in the Südstadt of Tübingen. It's about 10 minutes to the main train station by foot, but there's also a bus stop right in front of the door (Stadtwerke). The apartment is right next to the Schweickhardt Areal, so it's quite close to shops like Edeka, Lidl, a pharmacy, bakery, dm, McFit, etc.
Wir sind eine recht entspannte und zwanglose WG - meistens machen wir einmal in der Woche etwas gemeinsam, z.B. ein Dinner or gemeinsam ausgehen. Jeder geht seinem Leben nach, aber man trifft sich abends dann schon oft in der Küche zum gemeinsamen Tee trinken :) Das Motto ist ein bisschen alles kann, nichts muss!
Ein paar Worte zu uns:
Irene: Ciao, Ich bin Irene (31), ich bin Italienerin aber ich kenne Tübingen gut, ich lebe hier seit 3 Jahren. Ich arbeite als International Recruiter, die meiste Zeit arbeite ich von zu Hause und manchmal gehe ich ins Büro. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gern volleyball spielen, wandern und koche sehr gern (italienishe delikatessen). Ich liebe gute Cocktails, gute Musik und Reisen. Ich spreche gerne verschiedene Sprachen und halte mich fit. Die Woche ist meist etwas voll aber wir möchten das WG-Leben am Wochenende teilen.
Maria (only in English): Hola! I am Maria (25), I come from Spain and I have been living in Tübingen for a year and three months. I speak Spanish and English and I am starting to study German. I work as an engineer in Tübingen full-time. In my free time I like to spend time with my friends, dancing, hiking and traveling around. I am usually busy during the week but I have more time on the weekends to make plans together with the WG. Hasta pronto!
Maria will move out in August, and her room (room 2) will free up.

Our WG-life is quite chill, most of the time we do things together once a week, e.g. a dinner or going out. Everyone is kind of living their life but we do often share a tea together in the evening to catch up. The general motto of the WG is: "everything is possible, nothing's obligatory" (translated from German).
A few words about us:
Irene: Ciao, I'm Irene (31), I'm Italian but I know Tübingen well, I've been living here since 3 years. I work as an international recruiter, mostly from home but sometimes I'm also in the office. In my free time, I like to play volleyball, hiking and cook Italian delicacies. I love good cocktails, good music and travelling. I like to speak different languages and try to keep fit. During the week, I'm mostly busy with work and sport but I'd love to do stuff together with the WG in the weekends.
Maria: Hola! I am Maria (25), I come from Spain and I have been living in Tübingen for a year and three months. I speak Spanish and English and I am starting to study German. Wir sind eine 3er Mädels-WG bestehend aus Irene (beruftstätig), Maria (berufstätig) und Elisa (promovierend). Da Elisa und Maria ausziehen (Mai und August) suchen wir nun neue Mitbewohner, vorzugsweise selber berufstätig, promovierend oder im Masterstudium.
