ich werde ab September ein Jahr im Ausland verbringen und möchte aus diesem Grund mein Zimmer für ein oder zwei Semester zur Zwischenmiete vergeben.
Die Wohnung ist neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung hat 3 Balkone, Aufzug, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine und ist in sehr guter Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Depot <1min, Kaufland 2min) und zur Bushaltestelle (Linie 7 <1min, Linie 4/8 3min). Zu Fuß in die Stadt und zur Uni (Wilhelmstraße) maximal 20 min.
Die Wohnung vergebe ich vollmöbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal) und auch die Küche ist voll eingerichtet.
