Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und hell. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet. Wir haben eine große Küche mit Balkon.
(Hinweis: Das Zimmer ist weiß gestrichen, auch wenn es auf den Fotos durch die Vorhänge etwas rötlich wirkt.)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Südstadt, 5 Gehminuten zu Kaufland oder Rewe, maximal 10 Gehminuten in die Innenstadt/ zum Hauptbahnhof.
Wir sind 3 berufstätige Frauen zwischen 25 und 35, Nichtraucherinnen, und suchen ebenfalls eine Frau, die einen ähnlichen Lebensrhythmus hat. Wir sind eine ruhige WG, aber keine reine Zweck-WG. Wir legen viel Wert auf Sauberkeit. Dafür gibt es einen wöchentlichen Putzplan. Wir haben auch eine Gemeinschaftskasse, aus der Anschaffungen für die WG getätigt werden, wie z.B. Öl, Gewürze, etc.
Zur Miete kommen noch monatliche Internetgebühren in Höhe von 6,25€ sowie GEZ-Gebühren von 4,50€/Monat und einmal im Jahr Müllgebühren in Höhe von ca. 55 €.
