da mein Umzug jetzt doch schneller geklappt hat, als gedacht suche ich für mein gemütliches Zimmer einen Zwischenmieter oder eine Zwischenmieterin. Der Mietzeitraum wäre der 01.06.-30.06.2015.
Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und wird umöbiliert vermietet (außer einem Bettgestellt 1,40m*2,00m). Es hat 4 große Fenster und ist deshalb gerade im Sommer besonders hell.
Das ganze Haus wurde erst im Oktober 2014 renoviert.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Sternplatz in Tübingen.
In die Altstadt braucht man nur 10 min zu Fuß, aber es fährt auch alle 15 min ein Bus in die Stadt. Die Haltestelle ist auch nur 1 min von der Wohnung entfernt.
Du hättest noch zwei nette und offene Mitbewohner, die beide studieren und nebenher noch arbeiten.
