Ich möchte mein geräumiges Zimmer im August und September Untervermieten.
Es ist komplett möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Schrank, einem Regal und einem großem Schreibtisch.
Hohe Wände und ein Parkettboden machen es gemütlich.
I would like to rent out my furnished room in Tuebingen for August and September.
Everything you need is already in the room: bed, wardrobe, shelves and a big desk.
Die Lage ist super im Tübinger Süden. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, so kommt ihr alle 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht es circa 10 Minuten zur Uni. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Edeka, DM) sind eine Haltestelle oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, genauso wie ein Fitnessstudio und das Top10.
Zum Joggen und Fahrrad fahren erreicht man schnell die Natur sowie einen großen Wald. Basketball Plätze gibt es auf dem Weg dorthin.
The room is situated in the south of Tuebingen. You can reach the city centre easily by bus or bike in 10 minutes. Supermarkets, a gym and a nightclub are situated within walking distance (10 minutes).
The nature is nearby, so you can easily go for a run or play some basketball at a court near the house.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer WG mit fünf weiteren, sehr netten Mitbewohnern in einem Wohnheim für Studenten. Das Gemeinschaftsbad hat 2 Duschen, 2 WC's sowie 3 Waschbecken. Von einem geräumigen Gang gehen die einzelne Zimmer ab. Die geräumige Küche verfügt über Backofen, Herd etc.
The room is situated within a shared flat (6 flatmates) in a house only for students. The bathroom and the kitchen are shared and equipped with everything you need. Some of the flatmates may be on holidays during this period.
Das französische Viertel ist vor allem im Sommer wunderschön. Kleine Cafés und Restaurants runden die besondere Atmosphäre ab und macht das Viertel so zur Heimat vieler Studenten.

Ansonsten sind die Ein- und Auszugsdaten flexibel, falls du das Zimmer nur für einen kürzeren Zeitraum benötigst ;)

The french quarter in Tuebingen is pretty good to live in during the summer. Small cafes and restaurant, the nature nearby and a mixture of students and friendly people create a special atmosphere.
