Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein 18m² großes Zimmer im Französischen Viertel. Unsere WG befindet sich im sechsten Stock eines Hochhauses und ist dementsprechend lichtdurchflutet. Vom Zimmer aus hast du einen malerischen Ausblick über das bunte Französische Viertel, die "grüne Hölle" Tübingens (hier gehts lang: http://www.spiegel.de/spiegel/print/d-77531620.html), sowie die umliegende Landschaft. Das Zimmer verfügt über hochwertigen Laminatfußboden und ca. 3 m Deckenhöhe. Mein Mobiliar (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Vitrine, zwei weitere Schränke) kann zu einem sehr günstigen Preis übernommen werden (muss aber nicht). Die Gemeinschaftsräume der Wohnung sind allesamt erst kurz vor unserem Einzug im Februar 2016 renoviert worden. WC und Bad sind separat. Die Küche bietet viel Arbeitsfläche, eine Spülmaschine, zahlreiche Küchenutensilien zur Mitbenutzung sowie unseren Esstisch, an dem man problemlos zu viert Platz nehmen kann.
The Room
My 18 m² room in “Französisches Viertel” will be free from September on. We’re living on the sixth floor of a nine-story building; therefore, our flat is very light-flooded. From the room, you’ll have a magnificent view over the “Franzöisches Viertel” which is famous for its picturesque, colorful architecture. The room has a laminate flooring and 3 m ceiling height. If you want to, you can buy my furnishings (1,40 m bed, wardrobe, desk, cabinet, two more cupboards) for a cheap price. The common rooms have been renovated shortly before we moved in in February 2016. WC and bathroom are separated. The kitchen offers a large worktop, a dishwasher, numerous kitchen utensils for joint use and our dining table.
Unser Haus befindet sich am Rande des Französischen Viertels. Zwei Bushaltestellen sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit (ca. 2 min Fußweg) zu erreichen. Zwar liegt das Viertel am Stadtrand, jedoch ist man mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 min, zu Fuß in ca. 30 min an der Unibibliothek. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man die umliegenden Wälder, die gute Jogging- und Mountainbikestrecken bieten. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zudem zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (E-Center, Lidl, Netto, dm, Alnatura, Apotheke, Baumarkt und mehr) sowie einige Cafés und Restaurants.
Location
Our house is located at the edge of the „Französisches Viertel“. Two bus stops are only a two-minute walk away. The university library can be reached in 15 minutes by bike or approx. 30 minutes if you prefer walking. The surrounding forests, which provide terrific routes for either jogging or mountain biking, are only a few minutes away. Numerous shops (E-Center, Lidl, Netto, Alnatura, drugstore, DIY market) are in direct proximity. Moreover, the “Französisches Viertel” has some lovely cafés and restaurants.
Derzeit wohnen neben mir Maximilian (22), Myriam (25) und Jannik (20) in der WG. Maxi studiert Soziologie im vierten Semester, Jannik Jura im zweiten Semester und Myri befindet sich in den letzten Zügen ihres Masters in International Management. Wir legen Wert auf ein WohnGEMEINSCHAFTsleben und begreifen uns nicht als Zweck-WG. Unsere Küche fungiert daher immer wieder als abendlicher Treff- und Austauschpunkt. Eingeengt wird man sich bei uns jedoch sicher auch nicht fühlen; es ist selbstverständlich, auch mal die Tür hinter sich schließen zu können. Obwohl wir in einem Hochhaus mit vielen anderen Mietparteien wohnen, ist die Wohnung insgesamt sehr ruhig und somit auch als Ort zum Lernen geeignet.
Flatmates
Beside me Maximilian (22), Myriam (25) and Jannik (20) are living in the flat. Maximilian studies Sociology in his fourth semester, Jannik Law in his second semester and Myriam is doing her master in International Management. We decided to live in a shared flat NOT ONLY for the purpose of sharing the rent. Each of us enjoys having conversations in the evening and now and then we cook, have a drink or do sports together. Yet, of course we respect everyone’s privacy! Although we’re living in a high rise, our flat is very quiet and suitable for studying at home.
Da ich noch bis zum 20. August in Tübingen bin, könnte das Zimmer ab dann bezogen werden. Super wäre, wenn du die Möbel übernimmst! Solltest du jedoch lieber deine eigenen mitnehmen, werde ich eine andere Lösung finden.

Additional information
I’ll be in Tübingen until the 20th of August, so you could have the room from that date on. It’d be great if you’d buy my furnishings. Nevertheless, I’ll find another solution if you prefer to bring your own.
