We are looking for new tenant for a 17-m2 room in a shared flat of about 70 m2.
The flat consists of:
- 3 bedrooms
- a separate toilet
- a brand-new bathroom and kitchen
- a balcony facing the south and overlooking the garden
The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished and is available immediately. Additional shared facilities in the house include: washing machine, bicycle parking space, other basement storage space if needed.
Rent: 320 EUR/month including bills (electricity, water, heating, wireless LAN). Deposit: 320 EUR.
The room is located on the second floor of a beautiful old building in Tübingen-Südstadt. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the main station (Tübingen Hauptbahnhof) and 15 minutes to the old town.
We are looking for someone who feels comfortable communicating in English and will stay for at least a year. You would be sharing the flat with one other regular tenant. Occasionally guests of the family who own the house will stay in the third bedroom. Otherwise, this third room may be used by the tenants.
