The room is furnished with a cupboard, bed and table. It also has a private sink which is not a feature of the other rooms :) The apartment in all has 4 rooms, a kitchen come living room and separate toilet and bathrooms.
The building is located in Südstadt at a distance of less than 50 meters from the Loretto bus stop. It has 2 floors and we are on the 2nd. The Steinlach river flows within a distance of about 100 meters from the building and is a great place for joggers, walkers and maybe meditators? :D
The Hbf is hardly a 10 min walk. The Loretto bus stop has buses going to Hbf every 15 mins and to the Kliniks every half an hour.
Rewe and Edeka Center are about a kilometers distance from the building. The Edeka center is a shopping complex with a whole lot of shopping options, it also hosts the McFit fitness center.
We are 4 of us right now - Nils, Nikhil, Silvia and Maya. Maya is moving out and hence we are looking for a replacement for her. Nils is a Bachelors student and is from Tuebingen, I am a PhD student basically from India and Silvia is Italian, works at the Kliniks and is looking for a PhD. All of us are quite busy with what we do and hence we also prefer someone who is calm and quiet. We do get together once in a while in our kitchen come living room and cook together or meet for a chat etc.
I would also like to point out that the fixed fee of 222 euros consists of a part for the fridge (81 euros) and washing machine (61 euros) that were bought recently. The rest of the 80 euros is for the furniture in Maya's room. These are fees that you get back later with a depreciation when you leave.
We would prefer an e-mail over a phone call with a description of yourself that you deem fit, please do indicate in the e-mail the approximate duration of your stay. The language that is common to all of us in the flat is English and hence we would prefer that you write in English too.
