wir sind eine WG im Wohnprojekt Schellingstraße und suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in (f,m,d) fuer eine Zwischenmiete für Februar 2022 (also ab sofort :)
Das Zimmer hat eine eingebaute Hochbett-Etage und ist moebliert. Die ganze Wohung ist Altbau, also geile hohe Decken ;)
Wir haben zwei Baeder und zwei separate Toiletten in der WG.
Die 'Schelling' ist ein selbstverwaltetes Wohnprojekt in dem ca. 110 Menschen in 13 WGs und 5
Bauwägen leben. Es gibt hier einen großen Garten, Badezuber, Gemüsebeete, Proberaum, die Hausbar, Umsonstladen und Infoladen und noch viele andere Gemeinschaftsorte.

Our flatshare is part of the "Wohnprojekt Schelling", a self-governed housing collective with three houses accommodating 110 people.

Unser Haus ist nicht weit entfernt vom schoenen Steinlachufer - super zum Spazieren und Entspannen.
Uns als Gruppe ist es wichtig, mit Menschen zusammen zu leben, die sich ein gemütliches Miteinander und Herzlichkeit in ihrem zu Hause wünschen, die offen sind, und einen respektvollen Umgang moegen.
Wir empfinden uns nicht als Zweck-WG und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander und unternehmen auch mal was zusammen.
Wir sind eine gemixte Gruppe aus acht Erwachsenen in Studium oder Beruf und einem frisch eingeschulten Grundschulkind.

Hey there,
We are 7 people between the age of 6 - 45 yrs and are currently looking for flatmate joining our flat for a temporal rent.
The temporal renting time is the month of February 2022 (so starting right now :).
The room is ca. 14sqm and furnished with a bunk bed and furniture.
We have two bathrooms and two separate toilets in the flat.
As a group we wish to live together with people, that are open-minded, that wish to foster togetherness and cordiality in their home, and that like to live respectfully together.
We are a mixed group of 8 adults all studying or working and one child.
Our flatshare is part of a so-called self-governing housing collective, that fosters communal living. In total 13 flatshares distributed over 3 houses are part of the housing collective. (Don't worry though, we are not a fraternity !)
We have a big garden that we all share. Further the house provides several communal rooms (a music room, bar/party room, office room...) and you can be eg. politically active in diverse groups or meet all sorts of people here, if u want to.
