ZIMMER FREI IM WOHNPROJEKT SCHELLINGSTRASSE
Unsere WG mit dem verheißungsvollen Namen „die Schönen“ ist auf der Suche nach 2 neuen Mitbewohner:innen. Wir sind eine von 13 Wohngemeinschaften des selbstverwalteten Wohnprojekts Schellingstraße.
Bei den Schönen wohnen vier Menschen zwischen 30 und 38 zusammen mit dem Kater Lui. Wichtig ist uns ein respekt- und rücksichtsvoller Umgang. Rassismus, Sexismus, Homophobie und andere menschenverachtende Einstellungen lehnen wir ab.
Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und verfügt über ein Waschbecken. Außerdem gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küchein der vorwiegend vegan/vegetarisch gekocht wird, einen großen Balkon, zwei Toiletten, eine Dusche, sowie eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschküche. Die Miete beträgt 225 Euro. Die beiden Zimmer können ab dem 15.10.22 bezogen werden.

Selbstverwaltung bedeutet, dass alle Bewohner*innen des Wohnprojektes gemeinsam verantwortlich sind. Daher ist es uns auch wichtig, dass du nicht nur ein günstiges Zimmer in der Südstadt beziehen willst, sondern dich auch in der Schelling einbringst.

ROOM AVAILABLE IN HOUSING PROJECT SCHELLINGSTRASSE
Our WG with the promising name "die Schönen" is looking for 2 new flatmates. We are one of 13 WGs of the self-managed housing project Schellingstrasse.
Four people between 30 and 38 live together with Lui the cat. It is important for us to treat each other with respect and consideration. We reject racism, sexism, homophobia and other inhuman attitudes.
The room is 12 m² and has a sink. There is also a living room, a kitchen a large balcony, two toilets, a shower and a shared laundry room. The rent is 225 euros. The two rooms can be occupied from 15.10.22.

Self-management means that all residents of the housing project are jointly responsible. Therefore, it is important to us that you not only want to move into a cheap room in the Südstadt, but that you also get involved in the Schelling.
