I'm posting on behalf of my friends who will be moving into the apartment: Mani and Kevin, two PhD students at the Max Planck Institute. They're late 20s/early 30s, mature and clean adults. We have 1 bedroom (~22 m^2) available in our large 3 bedroom apartment in south Tübingen from October 1st , 2022 (negotiable for earlier). The building is new (3 years old). This unit is suitable for a mature but out-going graduate student or young professional. We will be signing a 1-year lease then do month-to-month. Mani and I are certain to stay 1 year, and may stay longer.
The apartment is spatious, well located and the neighborhood is good for both young professionals and families. The city center is just a few minutes walk away and there are several grocery stores and cafes nearby. Kaufland is a 30 second walk. The apartment also has many amenities: a balcony, a terrace with a view of the surrounding area, a laundry machine in the apartment, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a storage unit in the basement, a parking spot in the garage, and a fully furnished kitchen. The unit currently is sparse on furniture but we plan on buying more in the coming month.
The current rent is €830 (heating is included, but electricity and internet is not).

Ich schreibe im Namen meiner Freunde, die in die Wohnung einziehen werden: Mani und Kevin, zwei Doktoranden am Max-Planck-Institut. Sie sind Ende 20/Anfang 30, reife und saubere Erwachsene. Wir haben 1 Schlafzimmer in unserer großen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Süden Tübingens ab 1. Oktober 2022 frei. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für einen reifen, aber kontaktfreudigen Studenten oder jungen Berufstätigen. Wir werden einen 1-Jahres-Mietvertrag unterschreiben und dann von Monat zu Monat wechseln. Mani und ich sind sicher, 1 Jahr zu bleiben, und können auch länger bleiben.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut gelegen und die Nachbarschaft ist sowohl für junge Berufstätige als auch für Familien geeignet. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Cafés in der Nähe. Kaufland ist in 30 Sekunden zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten: einen Balkon, eine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Umgebung, eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, zwei Bäder (eines mit Badewanne und eines mit Dusche), einen Abstellraum im Keller, einen Garagenplatz und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung ist derzeit nur spärlich möbliert, aber wir planen, im kommenden Monat weitere Möbel zu kaufen.
Die derzeitige Miete beträgt 830 € (Heizung ist inbegriffen, Strom und Internet jedoch nicht).
