In unserer WG wird kurzfristig ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 12m2 gross und hat sehr hohe Decken. In der ganzen Wohnung haben wir einen alten und schoenen Holzboden. In der Wohnung haben wir ein grosses Bad mit Badewanne und eine moderne Kueche, mit 2 Kuehlschraenken. Zusaetzlich, haben wir auch ein Sofa im Flur stehen. Das Zimmer ist wahrscheinlich unbefristet verfuegbar oder sonst 5 Monate, haengt gerade noch vom Vermieter ab. Der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm und man kann das gut mit ihm besprechen. Die Miete ist 355 warm.
Die Wohnung ist in der Suedstadt neben dem Edeka, du hast also Kaufland, Edeka, DM etc gleich um die Ecke und musst nicht weit laufen um einzukaufen. Vor der Haustuer hat es auch gleich eine Busstation und 5min weiter beim Sternplatz noch weiter Buslinien. Ausserdem ist mit dem Fahrrad alles in 5-10min Distanz. Du bist also ziemlich gut angebunden an alles moegliche, bist aber auch sehr schnell im Gruenen(Bergfriedhof z.B), um dem ganzen Verkehrsstress zu entfliehen.
Deine 3 Mitbewohnerinnen, sind alle Studentinnen(Bio) am Ende ihres Studiums. Sie sind alle super cool drauf. Die Kueche war stets unser Haupttreffpunkt, sei es um zusammen zu essen fuer Trashtalk oder unserer Kaffeesucht nachzukommen. Wir haben ziemlich viel zusammen gemacht, im Bota chillen, was trinken gehen etc. Aber immer alles ganz ungezwungen. Sie sind echt alle voll gemuetlich drauf! :D Eine von Ihnen wird aber auch sehr bald ausziehen ( Ende September ), du kannst also auch mitbestimmen wer kurz darauf mit einziehen wird.

So, the room I am renting is 12m2 big and has a very high cieling, so it does not feel like a small room. Also we have an old wooden floor in our flat. The bathroom is pretty big with a bathtub and the kitchen is also quite modern and even has two fridges. The room is most likely going to be unlimited but also might be limited to 5 months, it depends on the landlord. The landlord though, is a really nice guy and very supportive.
The flat is located in the south of Tuebingen. You have plenty of grocery stores nerby in walking distance ( like 5 min only ). Further, there is a busstop just in front of the house and another bus stop ( different line ) 5 min by foot. By bike you can reach almost all Tuebingen in 5/10 min as well. There is no spot to park your car nearby though.
Your future flatmates will be 3 biology students. They are all super chill. Our main meeting point was the kitchen, be it for our coffee addiction, having dinner together or just random trashtalk every now and then. One of them will move out soon as well ( end of September ) and you will be able to chose the new tenant. The rent is 355 including internet, water, electricity etc.
