zum 01.07. wird ein kleines und günstiges WG Zimmer bis zum 31.07. frei. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem geräumigen Einfamilienhaus. In den 312 Euro sind alle Kosten enthalten. Zum Haus gehören eine große Küche, zwei große Bäder, ein großer Garten, eine Terrasse und ein Keller. Parkmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar in der Nähe vorhanden. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. In dem Zimmer befinden sich ein Stuhl, ein Tisch, ein großer Einbauschrank und eine Matratze. Das Zimmer ist perfekt dafür geeignet, um in Tübingen oder Umgebung weiter nach Wohnungen zu suchen.

on 01.07. a small and inexpensive flat-sharing room becomes available until 31.07. The room is in a spacious detached house. All costs are included in the 312 euros. The house has a large kitchen, two large bathrooms, a large garden, a terrace and a cellar. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The house is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. In the room there is a chair, a table, a large built-in wardrobe and a mattress. The room is perfect as a first stay, to continue to to look for flats in Tübingen or the surrounding area.
Das Haus liegt in Tübingen Pfrondorf. Du erreichst in 4 Minuten die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle. Der Bus kommt alle 15 min. Von dort benötigst du ca. 15-20 min zur Innenstadt und zu den Unigebäuden. Pfrondorf an sich ist sehr idyllisch, es gibt hier viele Spazierwege und es gibt auch einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Laden, wo man kleinere Einkäufe tätigen kann.
The house is located in Tübingen Pfrondorf. You can reach the nearest bus stop in
4 minutes. The bus comes every 15 minutes. From there, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the city centre and the university buildings. Pfrondorf itself is very idyllic, there are many walking paths and there is also a bakery and a small shop where you can buy small items.
Wir sind eine internationale WG. Gerade leben Ilgin, Minella und Anissa in diesem Haus. Leider wird das Haus bald verkauft, weshalb alle zum 01.08. ausziehen werden. Dennoch kann man sich immer gut mit allen unterhalten und auch gemeinsam kochen.
We are an international flat-sharing community. Ilgin, Minella and Anissa are currently living in this house. Unfortunately, the house will soon be sold, which is why they will all be moving out on 01.08. Nevertheless, you can always have a good chat with everyone and also cook together.
Da das Haus, wie schon angemerkt, verkauft wird, ist nur eine Zwischenmiete für einen Monat möglich. Du kannst gerne deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen, Stauraum hat es genug. Nur musst du darauf achten letztendlich alle Möbel auch wieder zum Auszug mitzunehmen.

As the house is being sold, as already mentioned, only an interim rental for one month is possible. You are welcome to bring your own furniture, there is plenty of storage space. You just have to make sure that you take all the furniture with you when you move out.
