Ich stelle mein 15m² Zimmer zur Verfügung, da ich gerade umziehen muss. Es ist ein Privates Gebäude mit insgesamt 3 Stockwerke, die WG-befindet sich im EG, es ist ein 4er WG mit Küche, Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt, Spüllmachine und Waschmaschine können von allen Bewohner der WG frei benutzt werden. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Sofa(Schlafsofa), Doppelbett, Lerntisch, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher, Fernsehtisch, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, usw. und ein waschbecken. Für weitere Fragen stehe ich jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung
Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Bus 17 zu erreichen(Haltestelle 1Minute entfernt), Mit dem Bus 5 kommt man auch gut hin, da die Haltestelle Wanne-Kunsthalle nur etwa 5Minuten zu Fuß ist.
Das leben hier in der WG ist sehr unkompliziert, da wir alle noch studenten sind, wissen wir genau, wie ab und zu der Alltag stressig sein könnte, deshalb sind gemeinsames Vorhaben aus eigenem Interesse.
In der Nähe der WG ist ein Sportplatz für alle, die Sport lieben.
