In our super nice 6 person shared house in Waldhäuserstr., we have a room available from the 1st of November until the 1st of March.
The room is around 13 square meters large. It's on the first floor, furnished and has such a nice view. The rent for the room is 230 € all included and no deposit required.
The house has a quite nice and cozy living room, two bathrooms, kitchen, cellar , attic and a wonderful garden.
It is located in Waldhäuserstr. 5 in Tübingen , 2 mins walk away from both Im Rotbad and Engelfriedshalde bus stops. Bus connection is perfect, there are three bus lines 3, 4 and 17.
It is 10 mins away from Neue Aula and University Library and 15 mins from the city center by walking.
Our house share is quite international and mixed. Some of us are students and some are employed. We mostly speak in English and sometimes practicing German! There are three German, one Turkish, one Spanish and one form New Zealand.
We like spending time together and regularly do some activities together or plan dinners. In the spring and summer, we spend a lot of time in the garden - have bbq , do some gardening and play games.
Everybody in this WG loves animals but especially cats! We have a super cute cat, Moritz. He is living with us almost for two and a half years. It's important for you to know if you' re allergic to cats.
