The room is the smallest in the flat but it has a nice shape and it comes with a window which keeps it really bright. it is already fully furnished including a bed ( with matress), night stand, clothet, study desk, chair, shelf. going out from the room, we have a long hallway with a big TV and a sofa you can chill. we also have two bathrooms one of which comes with a bathtub. the kitchen is pretty big and fully equipied except with a dishwasher which we can buy later on as well. we already a big stove, oven, two fridges, microwaves, coffee makers, mixer and so on. you pretty much only need your clothes to move in! we do have two storage room, one in side the house and the other one underground. so space is not an issue of you have stuff to bring
the location is perfect. we have 2 bus stations ( WHO ahornweg and weissdornweg ), general doctor, swimming pool (hallendbad nord), supermarket, dentist, gym within 5 mins by walk! the forest is also 10 -15 mins away by walk if you rather go walking or biking there. the building is the tallest one in tubingen and we have access to the roof as well. apart from these, it is very close to max-plank ring and TTR technology park you work there by any chance. while a quiet separated by the center, youre only 15 mins away from downtown by bus.
We are not looking for any of the following
1. A smoky/messy person
2. Having a pet is not allowed by the landlord
3. We prefer someone who stay here for a long time (more than a year or so)
This flatshare is perfect for you if you are looking for a quiet and clean environment with friendly people who enjoy doing something together every now and then. It does not mean we don't have parties. It usually happens on the weekends as we are all busy during the week. Your future flatmates are the following:
Hassan (me): He is a PhD student in Computer science. In his free time he is busy learning German, creating artworks (instagram: fittar.art) and doing sports ( bouldering, biking and working out). He speaks Persian (Farsi), Kurdish, English and some German.
Fanfei: She is doing a master in quantitative data science Program and enjoys reading, food hunting, and playing video games sometimes. she speaks some German, English, and chinese.
Anna: She is Fanfei's classmate, goes to the gym regularly, and enjoys (or suffers?) running sometimes. she speaks Armenian, Russian, English, and no German!

the warm rent includes everything expect for radio fee which we share anyway.
