Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert und gestrichen und neue Möbel sind enthalten.
Es handelt sich um eine zweistöckige WG, im DG ( Neubau ) sind 5 Zimmer mit Bad und extra Toilette, im OG darunter befinden sich 2 Zimmer mit Bad und die Küche
Möbliert mit Schrank, Schreibtisch und Bett. Alles Inklusive für 80 Euro Nebenkosten.
Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Müll, Hausmeisterdienste, Internet etc. sind in der Miete enthalten.
Ein Waschgang im Keller kostet 1,00 Euro. Weitere "versteckte" Kosten gibt es nicht.
Water, electricity, heating, trash, janitor services, repairing services, WiFi are all included.
Using the washing machine in the basement costs 1,00 euro per cycle. There are no other "hidden" fees.
We are looking for someone to take over a room in central Tübingen. The room is furnished with bed, table and carpe. The shared apartment is equipped with everything you could need.
Zur Unibib sind es 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß, 1 Minute mit dem Rad, und in die Altstadt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Direkt gegenüber am Berg befindet sich ein Rewe, den du in 2-3 Minuten per Rad erreichst. Auch Bushaltestellen sind im Umkreis von 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Zentrum von Tübingen und ist dennoch völlig still gelegen. In der Nähe sind Saints and Scholars, Rewe, der botanische Garten, das Easy Fit, und die Innenstadt - alles erreichbar in maximal fünf Minuten zu Fuß.
The room is located in the centre of Tübingen, yet it is very quiet. Nearby is an Irish Pub ("Saints and Scholars"), a supermarket ("Rewe"), the botanische Garten, a fitness club ("Easy fit"), the university library and the inner city - all within five minutes reach by foot.
Studenten - WG:
In der WG lebt ein bunter Haufen Studenten aller Fachrichtungen.
Man kann sich auch gut zurückziehen, wenn man seine Ruhe braucht. Ansonsten funktioniert hier alles ganz unkompliziert, es ist immer jemand zum quatschen da und ein Putzplan sorgt für die gemeinschaftliche Harmonie ;)
You will share the flat with a diverse bunch of students of all disciplines. You can keep to yourself if you prefer some quiet time. Otherwise, everything here is rather uncomplicated, there is always someone to chat and a cleaning plan provides for the house harmony;)
