Hi, this apartment around 70m^2, shared by two people. All the furniture you can use.
Transport:
The location is quite good, with good transport(bus 2,3,4,5 1min by foot, bus 6 5min by foot, to clinic10min by bus 5, to downtown all bus can direct arrive) .
5 min you can walk to Edeka, also to kindergarten and swimming pool. If you take bus 5, 3min you can go to Penny. Bus 3 will take 9 min to Max-Planck-Institute.

This is a very quiet and convenient community. Close to forest, you can jogging in the forest.
Flat situation:
We have one nice balcony, one kitchen, one bathroom, two bedroom, one indoor storage room and one underground storage room. So the space will enough for you to live.
Flatmate:
Your flatmate is a very nice female, she is German, she can speak German, English and French. Most time you will not meet with her, beside working, most time she will reading in her room. If you want to cook together, she will also be very happy. But it is not necessary, you can decide your lifestyle by yourself. Anyway, your time here will not be boring🤗
