We (2 PhD Students) are looking for a tenant from from the 1st of February in our 3-WG.
The apartment is on the 10th floor. We have a balcony, storage room and cellar, washing machine in the basement. Telephone and Internet is available. There are a lot of home-appliances in the kitchen and the neighbors are nice.

Wir (2 Doktoranden der Biologie) suchen ab ersten Februar eine Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3-er WG.
Die WG befindet sich in der 10. Etage. Wir haben einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon, Abstellkammer, Keller, Waschmaschine. Telefon und Internet sind auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nette Hausbewohner.
